Poisson Rouge in Bonifacio

Nice, spacious and clean and generally great rooms. Furniture looks recent. There's AC for the hot days. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool is rather big.

The breakfast is outstanding. Homemade cakes, multiple breads, French pastries, fruits, eggs, dry meat and cheese. The only minor thing that could be improved is the coffee (Nespresso) which always produces a somewhat artificially thick foam (both on coffee and milk).

Great and pleasant service.

The place is very quiet, a bit remote so you need a car.

10 minutes by car from the Bonifacio parking lots. Walking to Bonifacio is not recommended (no sidewalks). A place to remember.

Excellent one-week stay at Le Poisson Rouge. Very nice place in a magnificent setting and very well maintained. Beautiful, well-equipped swimming pool (lounge lounges). Room with perfect terrace. The breakfast is perfect: complete, very good products and homemade cakes. The team is very welcoming, warm and professional. Very nice discovery and we will return with great pleasure.

Ten stars for Poisson Rouge! I cannot say enough nice things about Valentina and the staff here. They were extremely kind and so helpful! Communication was excellent. Valentina provided prompt responses to our questions and texted us with all of our room and check in information prior to our arrival. She and her staff provided the best beach recommendations, tour guide recommendations, and even called taxis for us when we were struggling to make arrangements. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety, and the dinner is fantastic! (We felt like we were eating meals from a Michelin star restaurant in NYC!) The rooms are pristine, and the entire property is meticulously maintained. The property is gated and feels very safe. At times we felt like we were at a luxurious wellness spa, and other times we felt like we were a part of Valentina’s family. I very highly recommend staying here!

*Note- You will need to rent a car or arrange for taxis to get around the area. This hotel is not within walking distance of the town. But don’t let this stop you from staying here.

Super idyllic setting, a calm and soothing atmosphere. The food is simply incredible. I was served by Coralie, very charming and passionate, always smiling, it's nice to see young people so motivated. I highly recommend!

Spacious, air-conditioned room, large swimming pool and wooded park, hearty breakfast and gourmet menu in the evening for a dream vacation. Ideal location close to the heart of Bonifacio and always well advised by staff who constantly monitor your well-being. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Hotel has nice garden and restaurant. The room conditions are perfect. Room is enough to large and have private balcony. I hope to visit again
