Ideally situated, quiet, and longstanding hotel. For a first visit to Bordeaux, We chose this hotel for what we thought would be a central location—absolutely so! And the tourist office is across the street. We also chose it because it’s been run by the same family for years, so non cookie-cutter. Great choice! Very professional staff—welcoming and helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and the 1925 was first-rate. Rooms are cared for, quiet, and fully-equipped. The breakfast was copious and varied.

The best location for being in old Bordeaux. Super walkable, but also, at the junction of 3 tram lines! The only drawback is that the noise continues late into the night.

This was a terrible property..
My room was like a small cell..
No heat or air . Overlooked a utility alley..
No amenities.. all towels should be replaced and carpet was dirty.
I would never suggest this property .

Clean. Quiet. Showed up too early, the room was not ready yet. Left my luggage with them. Came back in the afternoon and the luggage was already in my room. Very nice.

Great location and very nice room with balcony overlooking square. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Only downside was noise and vibration caused by underground metro trains late at night and early morning but overall a very pleasant stay.

The room is quite small, but it is enough for one person. The front desk and service staff are very nice.
The location is very good and it is highly recommended if you are visiting Bordeaux city for the first time. There is a tram station at the door and it leads in all directions.

We paid extra for a 5th floor room which was really spacious and light and had a balcony with stunning views over trees to the river Garonne.

The report quality-price is...coherent, given what was on the plate.
frozen do you want in here, a salmon tartare that we had to soak in the lemon juice the entire day as the taste, desserts, minimalist...ah, metro had to find a good client !

Very good price/quality. Liked the foie gras, great steak tartare. Will go back in the future!

Not very good food, moderate prices. The duck confit was dryand the calf was tend er,but not very tasty. The salad with duck and ham was actually good.

the restaurant has avoid absolutely. kitchen very poor quality, slow with no taste, duck without the duck, mustard in a tube like the coffee, dessert very limit. I strongly recommend it, especially as there bcp better in Bordeaux.
