A very new and upscale French hotel, living up to the Renaissance brand. The rooms were new, and the amenities were excellent, especially the body lotion and conditioner. The bedding was also very comfortable.
The hotel has a bar with panoramic views of Bordeaux at night.
The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality.
However, the receptionist was a bit arrogant and didn't explain the parking rules. Even though there were parking spaces available at the entrance, they told us to park in the adjacent paid parking lot. We noticed some cars were still parked in that spot. There were also free parking spaces on the street, but they didn't mention we could try looking for paid spaces instead. This isn't about the money; it's a lack of service awareness from the receptionist or concierge.
By the way, the hotel's Christmas decorations were beautiful! 👍

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent, near the wine museum. Public transport trams were available outside, providing easy access to the city center, and parking was also nearby for those driving.

The location is right next to the museum, with a food court downstairs that's very busy during meal times. It's also conveniently located by tram, with only 4 or 5 stops to the city in 20 minutes. When I arrived in Paris, I realized I had left my computer at the hotel, so they sent it to my Paris hotel the next day. Great!

Most recommend one in 波尔多. The room is big and clean, it also have a sofa besides the window, the totilet is big! Stuff is good

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location with nice view of Cite Du Vin.
Only 20~30 mins to Margaux and also close to the Bordeaux city center too !
What most attractive is that the Cite du vin is right in front of the hotel. And the staffs are super efficient and friendly too !

Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.

Extremely disappointed!
When you look at their internet site, this is the place do dream, but this is just false advertising! This place has nothing to do with a boat, the music you endore, there are no animations, their cocktails are bad, and alcohol-free, mistakes in the orders, the dishes are fro for a menu at 30€, the service is very long and the servers are unpleasant when we reported to them that it's not going to...
When you see that there's nobody there on a Saturday night in the middle of August with a wonderful time that already says a lot

We have been to a bachelorette party girls (14 people) and we had communicated in advance our choice of dish for That they can s to arrange..
Upon arriving they told us that it was a unique menu..the joke..after claim the boss s is excused and they made us our meals planned.. Except that...
To cooking, no one asked us how we wanted the duck and the steak.. The duck was Well cooked side of the meat and not cooked on the side of the fat..yuck
In addition with the spot pink you can barely see what you ate obliged to inform with laptops..
The drinks were not good and the waitresses not really nice..
Just the starters and the dessert were ok..
Attention also not d animation contrary to what advertised on the website we were told "not tonight"..
In the end we paid 30 euros per person for ca.. And service very, very long...
Finally after in their "box" with a streaptise for a guy on stage, or everyone ends up naked without any modesty, and a lot of vulgarity we are parties before attending a porn scene..

And still, I am nice, I put a star. Meals not top. Waitress not graceful at all ! Fries not cooked, fish are not empty. In short, they we have reviewed !!!!!!

1 star because it is impossible to not get that, but really, this restaurant does not merit! Very very disappointed for a birthday with 40 people, a tapas evening, announced for 20€ by person but nothing to eat, and a vulgar punch with 1 bottle of mediocre wine for 4 people... Really unacceptable I strongly recommend this establishment!! You have much better on bordeaux to spent a great evening for the same price or even less expensive...
