Affordable place compared to other hotels. Rooms are clean, good service. Really happy with Nicolas's service (receptionist) You can see he's made for customer success, always smiling and happy to serve us.

The breakfast salad was never fresh, and there were lots of flies in the restaurant.

It is relatively close to the train station. Although you can go to the old town along the river, that section of the road is quite secluded and the timid may not dare to walk it.

The transportation is convenient. I always like to stay in Ibis.

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

There is a government-developed parking lot nearby. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk and is safer. Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I hope to improve is to brighten the store sign at night, otherwise it will be really difficult to find it.

Sure Hotel Annecy offers a convenient stay with ample parking space and an EV charging station, which is very helpful for travellers. The room was a bit small, though this seems to be quite standard for hotels in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for a night in Annecy.

Very nice and looks very new hotel, clean room with comfortable beds.

The staff were quite friendly, but the rooms were just okay for the price.

The hotel was pleasant, although the fragrance around the pool table was a little overpowering. Other than that, it was very good.

A very warm welcome and a very clean hotel. The stay was short but very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is extensive, varied, and plentiful. We were delighted and will definitely return.

I really liked it — it’s close to Lake Annecy, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again 🥰 👌

Room is great. The hotel could work on friendliness of their staff even though they are really efficient.

Everything was perfect, staff, room, cleanliness, comfort. And the location was also ideal. Would definitely return if ever the occasion presented itself!

Front desk is some of the coldest people, only one nice person in our two night stay. Hotel room was fine and the location was unlike everything else, great!

Super-nice hotel, central location, very nice room, good bed, personnel helpful, parking worked out fine, good breakfast.

Front desk associate was not terribly friendly or welcoming. Wasn’t necessarily rude, but was not at all helpful. Room was fine. I would have expected in-room coffee, but alas, no. Parking is very inexpensive at €12. One of the best parts of staying there. Good proximity to the lake and old village.

Most staff were excellent and very helpful (apart from one young woman in the restaurant) Recommended.

Lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. We opted for a larger room with a balcony, which was great. The location was handy for both the lake and for walking into Annecy centre. There were a number of car parks as well as shops (including boulangeries) in the immediate vicinity of the horel. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The most nicest staff We were at this hôtel two years ago and it is still very good ! The staff is really nice and friendly - very best😃 We will always use this hôtel when in Annecy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic hotel if you want to be close to the lake. It's a 5 minute walk to the water's edge. It is in a quiet area with plenty of car parks nearby. Loved our time here.

Simply put, great location (near the lake) and charming accommodations with great staff.

Some what is good. The best thing is the friendly staff. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Air conditioning used to turn off by itself.

Great location close to the lake. Walkable to the center town of Anncey. We enjoyed the stay.

Restaurants and water activities nearby

Just needs a bit of updating. For a family of 4, room was spacious, with a sofa bed for our 2 young children. Our room was ground floor in the annex. Small amount of hanging space, safe, and coffee machine. Bathroom needs updating, decor quite tired. Beds comfy and efficient air con. Was a good 30+ minute walk along the river to get to the old town, so quite out of town. But did mean it was quiet....

Helpful front desk staff, great location I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). Highly recommend the nearby bakery of Pan & Gatô for great croissants, sandwiches, tarts, etc. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Liked having my a private little patio

Good motorway stopover hotel with amazing breakfas The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast is first class with lots of homemade cakes and biscuits along with a great choice of local cheese and cold meats. Really good motorway stop over hotel.

Great breakfast, home made cookies, good cheese and eggs. This is an "odd" hotel in that it's a lower-cost chain, but they're making an effort for it to have some character, and it does. Great staff. Room decent too.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the shower tend to leak all over the floor and the water pressure is very low unless the shower head is placed at waist height.

The location is very centric, you can walk from the hotel to the city center. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Hotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby. Here’s a short and natural review you could post: We had a pleasant stay at Ace Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy parking right on site. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. However, the amenities are quite basic and could be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay or stopover.

Price is justified based on a simple room. Area is quiet and lots of parking for guests. AC and shower are strong .

Excellent place to lay your head Great place for great price. AC worked well enough. Loved the location and would highly recommend this place for anyone driving through or exploring the Annecy region.

Easy access by bus to the centre, shopping mall 10 min walk away. Restaurant next door. Free on site parking. Polite and helpful staff.

Stayed one night with the family. Free parking is a big plus. It's not far from the city center. There's a public transportation stop nearby. The breakfast was decent, too. We were satisfied.

I stayed three nights at ACE Hotel together with my family. The room was clean. Everything was great. The only missing things were a fridge and a safe in the room. Apart this, we were happy with the service we received. The hotel is not close to the Accecy downtown. However, this was not a problem for us at all since we were traveling with our car.

Amazing stay at Hotel du Palais de l’Isle in Annecy. The receptionists were both incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, right in the heart of the city. The room was fantastic — comfortable and beautifully done. Highly recommended! Definitely will come back again and again!

Great location and the place was clean. But they have no netflix and youtube services.

Easy booking, wonderful room in a great, central location, it provided everything we needed, and they allowed us to bring our dog for an extra 11euro/day. The tea and instant coffee with a kettle were great as we didn’t frequent the breakfast room. Location was absolutely great for spending 3 days in Annecy. Bed was comfortable. There are some inconveniences with small elevators, but it is an old building, so too be expected. The Saint Claire parking was a good choice, not too far. However, the carpet was absolutely disgusting in the hotel room. The entire carpet was stained. If they fixed that, easy 5 star for the location and value.

The room was spacious and clean, with a view of landmarks right outside the window. The restaurant downstairs was quite good, making the location excellent. The only downside was the lack of amenities like shower caps, slippers, and toothbrushes. Of course, this is understandable for a three-star hotel. The price was definitely much higher than a typical three-star hotel, but we all love Annecy, loved...

Location is unbeatable in the heart of the pedestrianised old town. Discount parking about 300m away at the town hall car park. Easy to find.....it's over the bridge near le Palais de l'Isle....bright yellow and has it's name on the front (tho the entrance is down the side. Staff all very helpful and friendly, but as this is France not everybody speaks English. The usual breakfast lady is wonderful...

We had a great stay at Le Flamboyant. The location is very good for traveling all around, with free parking. The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was good, although we missed some tommatos, which would be great if it was included :-) The staff was kind and helpful, we will recomend our friends to stay in this hotel .

A curates egg of a place. The building has an unusual design with most rooms having view of the surrounding mountains. Rooms very comfortable with separate toilet (a feature all should have as aids sharing a room). Lacks a lift (or else we didn't find one!) yet has ramps up to some rooms near reception. Breakfasts are excellent. Plenty of everything and nice area to sit outside. Quirky boiled egg machine...

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

Very nice and very clean. Staffs are nice and kind. Good and comfortable bed mattress. Yes, it's kind of far from the center but there is a bus stop just across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

1 spent 1 night here. The room was clean. I just feel that the bus stop is quite far from the hotel. Or maybe in general in Annecy the distance for every bus stop is far. But all good.

Spacious and comfortable hotel. It has kitchen facilities, a large parking lot, and offers the best value for money.

It was good. The bathroom floor was not very clean.

The hotel is good for people who want to cook for themselves, supermarket is available in walking distance. The room is a little small for long stays, and if you stay during a heatwave, you'll have to borrow a fan. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Located within a short driving distance from town, but hardly anything from a short walking distance. Room size was OK, and everything was working. Like that there's a dispenser in the lobby where we can get aerated water. Ample parking fee for a reasonable daily cost.

I just stayed 3 days at this hotel because it’s right next to the Gare Centrale in Annecy. So it’s very well located few steps from the charming old town and all the restaurants, bars and shops. The receptionist Yveta is exceptional, very helpful, very accommodating. She gave us touristic information and made sure my room and probably all rooms got cleaned thoroughly every day. We slept beautifully...

The hotel is located near to train station, and it is in walking distance to tourist point. The staff was friendly, polite and the room was nice too. It was a nice stay at the place

The facility is quite okay, rooms are very small. I had a bad experience as the hotel was having a fire alarm issue one of the nights and the alarms went off continuously from ~10:30PM to 1:00AM. I had an early day (had to wake up at 6AM) and didn’t get enough rest because of their faulty alarms. I know that this is a subjective experience and not everyone staying there would face this, but maintenance...
