Great space at the property! Clean and tidy room! Staffs are friendly! CROISSANT IS A MUST! Never missed a day having it, top level pastry from you guys! Great rooms view.

We paid an exorbitant price for a room in a former house for elder, no air-conditioning and terrible pillows and it still smelled terribly. You did approve my state of mind that I'm never ever going to live in a house for elder.

Well maintained rooms and great service, but disappointed with the breakfast menu. Apart from that we had a comfortable stay with a great view from the balcony.

The hotel is nice for a short term stay 4 days maximum. The staff is so nice and also the view from the rooms.

I had an amazing dining experience at this establishment. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredible. The panoramic mountain view of Lake Annecy added to the overall beauty of the place. The chefs showcased their skill with dishes that were bursting with flavor and made with the finest ingredients. The attentive and professional staff made me feel valued throughout my visit. The stunning view of Lake Annecy added a touch of magic to the dining experience. This place offers an extraordinary culinary journey that is truly unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in a beautiful setting.

Room no. 601 on the 6th floor is small (~9 sqm), but with balcony and an excellent view to lake and Montblanc, very small bathroom, free and secured parking place, acceptable quality wifi, elevator. Cons: poor Breakfast; it was the same for 3 days. The bus station is about 5 minutes walk. The zone is a safe one.

I travelled alone and this place was exceptionally cheap in Annecy area so booked a room for 2 nights.
I received a sms on Day-1 specifying the room number and the code to open the hotel/hostel? Building, and that the room will be open and the key will be placed inside the room. I was lucky to have arrived just after the cleaning but I wouldn’t like to leave the room for a long time as anybody can access to the open room.
You will have a private room with a decent shower, a sink and a toilet, no amenity (except one small soap and shower gel), one face towel and a bath towel, a bed and a small desk, and a decent balcony (I had a superb lake view), no hairdryer, no fridge, no kettle, three coat hangers, a bedside light, a mirror. The bathroom smelt funny after having the door closed for a while so I tried to keep it open to let the air circulate as much as possible.
In the commonspace there was a coffee machine (1 euro), and a vending machine which didn’t work (they had a packaged lasagna, chocolate bars and flavoured volvic water). There are four chairs and toilets at the reception so I could arrive early and sit there.
Nobody is at the reception and I was told the room will not be cleaned if I’m staying for two days, which was fine for me.
The hotel is located about 40-50 minutes walk from the station, the hill at the end is a bit tough. There is a casino supermarket in about 10 minutes walk distance.
It’s not very easy to walk up and down from the city centre.
It seemed to be a safe area though.
Breakfast was from 7:30 - 9:30 weekend and 7:00-9:00 during the week. You can have a coffee, cereal, bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt and apples. The dining area has a nice view of the mountains.
You are 5-7 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop Pesse. But the hill is tough so you should probably leave early if you want to go anywhere.
It was a moderate place for the cost, if you prioritise your experience in Annecy it’s an ok place but these’s absolutely no luxury so if you want to rest well you should probably head towards the city. Thanks for the host!
