The hotel is in a great location, and the terrace room I booked had a fantastic view! The best hotel in Annecy, with lake views right outside the window. The suite has four balconies, and it's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the view. It's very quiet, and it's also very convenient to walk to the lake below for a swim.

20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. The hotel is super well situated, view on the lake of Annecy and in the old town. The hotel’s decoration is so warm and you feel immediately Christmas and festive atmosphere. The staff are very nice. We got a family room, everyone was satisfied.

While the hotel is a bit out of town, it's still convenient, just a few minutes' drive away, and parking is affordable. The room and parking lot are both spacious. There's a Carrefour next to the hotel, making it convenient for shopping.

The location is far from the old town, and taxis are very expensive. I drove there, but the car rental company charged me 45 euros, probably because I entered a restricted area.

Very comfortable hotel decorated in a modern style. Staff were excellent and there is a great choice for breakfast. A bar and in house meals are available but not tried. Several excellent restaurants are within ten minutes walk!

This is a lovely hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Vieux Annecy. I’m sure they upgraded our room, it was excellent. We would stay there again without hesitation. We didn’t have breakfast or make much use of the bar, but we were surrounded with options. We very much enjoyed the stay, and it was good value

The low ceiling in attic room meant we bumped our heads above the bed and accessing the plugs in other part of the room. Consider putting cushioning in these areas.

Heaven in Annecy Les Tresome Spa was an amazing place for those seeking epic bike rides and post ride spa access. The staff were incredible-helping out in so many ways-just loved this place!!

It is relatively close to the train station. Although you can go to the old town along the river, that section of the road is quite secluded and the timid may not dare to walk it.

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

There is a government-developed parking lot nearby. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk and is safer. Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I hope to improve is to brighten the store sign at night, otherwise it will be really difficult to find it.

It's a 5-minute walk from Annecy Station and less than 10 minutes to the canal town. It took longer than I expected at first because I relied on the group map! We visited Annecy airport with a small airplane. The Uber to the hotel took only 12 minutes or so. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the city, has very friendly staff and the property is very clean. Great simple breakfast! A crib was provided for our 1-year-old child. Merci beaucoup!

The hotel is right next to Annecy train station, which makes travel very convenient. The room is decent. The only downside is that there are railway tracks downstairs, but the double-glazed windows make it less noisy.

The receptionist didn't explain how to use the elevator keys. Many people thought the elevator was broken and kept getting on and off. Some even took the stairs. Even though the elevator was right there, no front desk staff came to help or show us how to use it. We had to learn how to use the keys from other guests. I've never seen a hotel so disorganized and uncaring.

We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

Sure Hotel Annecy offers a convenient stay with ample parking space and an EV charging station, which is very helpful for travellers. The room was a bit small, though this seems to be quite standard for hotels in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for a night in Annecy.

Helpful front desk staff, great location I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). The bed was comfortable and we slept well. However, the amenities are quite basic and could be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay or stopover.

Price is justified based on a simple room. Area is quiet and lots of parking for guests. AC and shower are strong .

Stayed one night with the family. Free parking is a big plus. It's not far from the city center. There's a public transportation stop nearby. The breakfast was decent, too. We were satisfied.

I stayed three nights at ACE Hotel together with my family. The room was clean. Everything was great. The only missing things were a fridge and a safe in the room. Apart this, we were happy with the service we received. The hotel is not close to the Accecy downtown. However, this was not a problem for us at all since we were traveling with our car.
