This is one of the best restaurants (***) in the Annecy region. Simply « très très bon » and sophisticated!

Excellent service and incredible food; fresh and surprising. All ingredients are sourced locally and typical from the region. Wines were disappointing but could be due to the type of pairing required (Light white wines, only one light red that was ok). What you would expect from a 3* Michelin with the added interest of discovering local products.

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel location is good, breakfast at outdoor is excellent!

20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards

The scenery of Annecy did not shock me, but the scenery outside the hotel window was the best in Annecy!

Great friendly service and a quiet room with an amazing view over the park and lake. A 20 minute walk to the old town. The spa is popular so be sure to reserve your space during a quiet time. We will be back!

Very nice and quiet. We were upgraded to a lake view room. Thanks again to the hotel staff who were very attentive throughout our stay.

This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa. There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.

This hotel is really great. I think it has reached the level of a five-star hotel. Although it does not have the facilities of a swimming pool and gym, the rooms are overall very good. Good location and value for money accommodation in Annecy. Would recommend.

There is free coffee at the hotel. The lobby is nice and cozy and it is located near to Annecy's attractions. However, the power in our room tripped early in the morning. We informed the front desk, but they were not able to solve the issue for the whole morning until we checked out.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent—super convenient for walking around and exploring the town.

Very centrally located. Just 15 minutes walk to the lake and we enjoyed our stay. Train station is just around the corner which we love it! The hotel design is modern and clean. Bathroom is rather cold, without a proper tower heater but it’s all good.

We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The front desk service is very good, but the price is a bit high, and the cost performance is a bit low!

Friendly service, clean hotel, convenient location, good soundproofing of windows, comfortable bed, a very good experience, will book this hotel next time

Great location, right next to the city centre, reachable by foot. Nice hotel, Novotel standard. Our room was smelling, probably because of the carpet. There’s a parking lot.

A great hotel, very clean and spacious. The train station is only a minute away, but the windows have two layers so you won't be noisy.

The most satisfactory hotel in this trip to France. Very close to the train station, good news for those arriving by train late at night. Although it is right next to the train station, there is no noise interference at all. The room is large and there is a drinking water machine for use.

Very clean and sanitary business hotel, a little far from the old town, a little inconvenient, but there are supermarkets and convenience stores near the hotel, the service attitude is good, but the speed is not fast.

The rooms are elegant. The bathroom as well but quite small. Water sprinkles everywhere when I shower, but the bath tub with jacuzzi was fantastic! Wonderful view of the lake. The staff are very friendly.A most romantic experience, indded.

Modern, clean, central location.

Clean, nice and quiet. Next to everything. Luxorious huge bed with many pillows. We also had a nice little balcony. Can definately recommend this one!

Lovely hotel clean tidy, very central easy walking to old town good bars and restaurants. Idea under ground parking an extra though, €12 a nite bit narrow in and out but worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Good location and good price My wife and I were there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, got an incredible room - very clean, all renewed and comfy. If I had one piece of advice to give I’d say change the bath towels for bigger ones. But again, everything was just great!

Recommended It’s rare to find such a fresh, well-maintained hotel so close to the central station. Everything is newly and tastefully renovated.

Hotel was very nice but room did not cool at night and do we opened the window for cooler air. People outside yelling till 4am so the nights rest was not good.

The location is far from the old town, and taxis are very expensive. I drove there, but the car rental company charged me 45 euros, probably because I entered a restricted area.
