The three reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which really made a difference. The location is perfect — directly in front of the train station. Despite that, the hotel is very quiet. The room was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located just beside the train station. About 30min to the city centre by foot. Room was cosy but very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Value for the price.

Hotel's an ideal transit and traveler's hotel due to its exceptional location directly opposite the Lyon Part-Dieu train station and the Rhône Express airport tram. Guests consistently praise the modern, clean, and comfortable rooms and the high level of service from the helpful staff. While rooms can be compact, the hotel offers excellent value, a pleasant on-site restaurant serving French cuisine, and easy walking access to the Westfield Part-Dieu shopping mall. It's the perfect practical and efficient base for rail travelers or those focused on the Lyon business district.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was a bit small, but the breakfast was decent. Its central location, proximity to the train station, and a nearby shopping mall made getting around very convenient. The surrounding area was also quite pleasant.

Hotel is a short walk from the train station. There is no working air-conditioning in the rooms due environmental concerns and we had to rely on the outside temperature for cooling. Though it was cooling enough so that wasn't a major issue. The room was rather small and may be difficult for travellers to open their luggage.

The room was clean, tidy, and bright, and the hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to walk everywhere. The breakfast was good, with a rich and delicious spread. The front desk service was decent, meeting a 3-star standard. However, it's a bit of a shame that the room didn't have a refrigerator.

Regarding the air conditioning, warm air continues to blow from the fan coil unit even when the temperature is adjusted downward. We attempted to adjust the temperature settings both up and down in an effort to cool the room, but the temperature remained uncomfortably warm. Ultimately, we had to open the window as an alternative solution.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is right next to the Airport Express station, and the train station, subway, and Westfield mall are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is also quite peaceful.

The room was compact, which is understandable. However, the service was a major letdown. Despite removing the 'do not change towels' sign, we had to retrieve clean towels ourselves on two separate nights. On another occasion, they inexplicably only provided one clean bath towel. It felt like a bizarre and inconvenient interpretation of 'environmentalism'.
