I had an amazing stay at the hotel. I haven't seen this level of professionalism and kindness from staff at many other prestigious hotels. The staff are all very nice. The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine. The bed and the linens are confortable and soft. The room was quite clean.

Magnifique view from the room to overlook the Lyon city. However, the bathroom drainage needs some improvement, otherwise water from shower tends to flow out onto the carpet of room. Food of Breakfast was alright, but with good services and great view.

This was my first stay at a Radisson Blu, and while there were many positives, there were also some areas that clearly need improvement. The highlights: the building itself was stunning with a beautiful view, and as a member, I appreciated the complimentary water, VIP dining benefits, and room upgrade. Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

The hotel is about 300-400 meters from the tram, so it's quite convenient to walk. The check-in experience was decent, though the facilities aren't the newest.

The room was fairly clean and tidy, and the service attitude was very good. The room wasn't very spacious, and the facilities were quite basic. The location isn't near the main train station, nor is it close to the Old Town's tourist spots. Overall, my experience was just average.

Staying and service was great.

Great hotel, location is quite central but also away from the main area (roughly 20mins walk). Near the river so ideal for morning walks. Close to the massive market and also pastry shops. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were great and very helpful. They also have a daily Aperitif from 6.30pm til 8.30pm so we got to sample some delicious fresh French deli meats.

The location was great! It's convenient to go anywhere! The room was also very clean. The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Lyon, close to all the sights, restaurants, and boutiques.

Good location but really small rooms and the furniture is very old.

The breakfast selection was plentiful. There was also a small supermarket near the hotel; a quick Google Maps search would take you there. You could even find instant noodles in the old town (this trip was so long, I actually missed them!). The staff were all professional. Furthermore, I felt the strength of the Accor Group in France.

Carpet is smelly, the showerhead is too low (around 1m, designed only for children?) and not able to adjust the height. A staff opened my door in the morning without knocking at the door. Dont come.

I spent 2 nights and it went well despite the receptionist. For a 4-star hotel in the city of Lyon, the reception should be impeccable. When I arrived there was no one at the reception (a little before 3 p.m.), I waited 5 minutes for her to arrive. Much better than reviews say. The inner courtyard is lovely. Renovated rooms are nice, a bit small. The bed is very good. The location is fantastic, close to center and easy access. Friendly staff.

The hotel room was cold because there was no heating.

Located in the city center, the nearest Chinese restaurant, "Exclamation Mark," is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is served across the street. The room is indeed small, but it has kitchenware, so we cooked a little something ourselves.

We stayed there with our little puppy. The staff had kindly arranged a room that’s close to the elevator. Room was spacious and neat too. Free parking on the street, but no onsite private parking which is a shame. We’d stay again.
