Quiet hotel with studios. They don't serve breakfast and they don't clean your room every day unless you request it separately. They are very well equipped.

Micro apartment, kitchen inside the room which helps with meals. Extremely unfriendly reception, it seems that it is not a reception, and they give you a code for access. Parking used by the hotel is behind the building in a shopping mall parking lot, free and without any supervision. In the morning we saw broken car window glass on the floor. We were unsure, but nothing happened to our car. Guests or residents cooked fish every day and the hallway was unbearable. The smell in the room was unpleasant when we arrived. We stayed on the first floor and there was no way to leave the window open. The mattress was very deformed. The towels were too small, old, thin and dirty. It was only worth it for the price of the daily rate and a nearby supermarket.

The welcome from the hostess was very pleasant, very kind, smiling, always with a kind word for us. The cleaning lady was also friendly.

Very pleasant staff, very clean accommodation if I have to return to Rennes it will be in this establishment

Ideally located near shops, restaurants, and the Gayelles park. A very friendly and always available manager. Comfortable rooms with all the necessary equipment for cooking on-site.

Okay, clean, but inconvenient for parking in front to unload luggage, and the neighborhood is impersonal and soulless.

I've been spending a few days at this place for the past month. The staff I've dealt with are fantastic. They're very responsive to my needs! Always smiling, and their little "good morning" is so heartwarming. I highly recommend this establishment! The prices are very reasonable. Thank you to the team.

Lack of cleanliness... A pile of dust on the bathroom floor! Yellow shower grout instead of white... And honestly, a wipe with a sponge and some product removes it... On the table that hasn't been cleaned, there's still residue... On the other hand, comfortable bedding and no nuisances... There you go
