The location is fantastic.
Unfortunately, it’s also the only positive aspect of the hotel:
• The air conditioning was not working
• The room was dirty and very dusty (unbearable for allergy sufferers – pollen, dust, etc.)
• Staff spoke very poor English and were generally unprofessional
• The bar was not open during the stated hours
Overall, a very unpleasant stay.

Service is to good and rooms are so beautiful

Lovely room but couldn't work out how to control the heat. Bathroom was luxurious. However, it was very noisy at night as we wanted the window open as couldn't work the air conditioning if indeed it did work. Lack of coat hangers as with virtually all hotels these days. Location is good.
The bar was nice when it was open. The staff were really good opening it when asked.
Not sure we'd stay there again next time in Dijon.

Small rooms, terribly hot due to the air conditioning not working, according to the staff the air condition has been out of work since December 2024. Warning, pay attention to what you pay… debited us €150 more than the booking confirmation states, and management are not interested to refund, just answers with a lie and then stopped replying completely.

No parking in the hotel but the city parking was less than 200 meters away and reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located to the main iconic sites and shopping area. The staff during our visit spoke English, very friendly and accomodating. The room size was suprisingly larger than we had expected and amazingly clean. There were no disturbing noice so we slept well.

Very nice hotel, but no functional AC
It was a good hotel.. but the ac was dead and it was 35 degrees.. to hot for our Nordic genes
