We have been staying here regularly for the +20 years as a perfect stop between London and Italy.
Service is excellent from the moment you arrive and are greeted with a smile and warmth by the legend that is Adil (a pilar of this hotel!).
Rooms are very comfortable (all categories).
Breakfast is excellent with a vast assortment of everything you could want.
Car park is secure and easily accessible even for low sports cars.
Thank you Adil for being brilliant always and making us feel so welcome!

I really appreciate the location of this hotel; from my room, I have a lovely view of Porte Guillaume and Place Percy. Since my family and I require two sets of bathrooms and toilets for our daily needs, I reserved two rooms, and the hotel staff kindly arranged adjoining rooms for us. The room design is smartly optimized, making efficient use of every space. Additionally, the door to the dressing area can be angled to create a separation between the bedroom and the entrance, which I found very convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for a stay in Dijon.

The room layout was cramped. The toilet was separated from the bathroom and lacked a basin to wash my hands. No bidet either. The exhaust fan if it was working was inadequate. The shower was located in the bath and no screen. So the floor became wet and slippery. The climate control did not seem to work and we couldn’t sleep due to the heat. It was December so opening a window wasn’t practical. One of the bathrobes smelt of massage oil. It hadn’t been checked before placing in the room. On one occasion when I was resting in the room, Housekeeping opened the door without knocking and was about to enter the room when I asked who is there and the door was quickly closed. When I complained I was told to hang a do not disturb sign to avoid any unwanted intrusion!!

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable, great location, and friendly staff. We paid €650 for one night, two rooms, three guests, which felt fair for the quality offered.
What wasn’t fair was the spa experience. We booked the hotel back in early October for a stay in mid-December, mainly because of the spa. Nobody mentioned that reservations were required. By the time we tried, it was fully booked for hotel guests, yet still open for outside visitors. Yet no excuse, or any other offer. A real disappointment, because everything else was genuinely great.

This splendid hotel is everything you'd want for your French village experience. Perfect location to walk everywhere or take the tram. Well appointed, attractive modern rooms & artwork, juxtaposed with the historic building blends beautifully. We felt rescued when we entered the reception area, as the VRBO we planned on was filthy, very moldy and uninhabitable for us. It was my good fortune to have this fantastic attraction available for my 65th birthday, to be our home base whilst exploring Dijon, surrounding vineyards & cuisine. We look forward to returning!

The hotel is perfectly located, just 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is overnight parking and free valet service which were very useful as we have hired a car. The room is spacious, newly refurbished, and very comfortable, we got a room with an attic ceiling, which allowed us to look over the city of Dijon. The Dijon old town is also very walkable from the hotel, and I really welcome the very nicely decorated hotel bar where we got our night cap before heading back to the room. Great breakfast.
