The restaurant is convenient if you’re staying at the hotel, but the food was fairly average and not particularly memorable.

The biggest disappointment was the Caesar salad. We asked for it without egg, but instead received what looked like a hastily reassembled salad with anchovies added. The lettuce didn’t seem particularly fresh, and the overall dish lacked the crispness and quality you’d expect. It felt more like leftovers put together than a freshly prepared meal.

Service was pleasant, and the atmosphere is nice enough, but the food could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s acceptable for a quick meal, but I wouldn’t choose it as a dining destination in Dijon.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool, especially since we were visiting Dijon during a particularly hot period. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated that the toilet was separate from the bathroom, with its own door, which made the layout much more practical. The air conditioning worked very well and was remarkably quiet. The refrigerator also appeared to be new and operated silently. The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram stop just a short walk away. It was a 15 minute walk to the central part of Dijon. The train station is only a few tram stops from the hotel, making it easy to get around without a car.

Very convenient location across from the tram line to the train station. The staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and I regret that I didn't try more of the selections. We were upgraded to a suite, which was spacious despite the unusual triangular configuration. In particular, I really appreciated the walk-in shower - it was very large with a rainfall shower head. There is also a bathtub if that's your preference. The tram was handy for getting to restaurants in the old section of Dijon, since we didn't find any enticing options nearby.

Didn’t have high hope for this hotel after a not so impressive stay over Mercure Frankfurt . But to our surprise the room is nice and clean. Way better than the one we stayed in Frankfurt.

The only downside was breakfast time. As the stay was booked under group/travel agent. Breakfast was served in a special room with limited choice compared to the one serve at the dining area. The staff wasn’t friendly when one of the tour member entered the dining area and was chased away.

Avoid this place at all costs. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering; the staff are not just unhelpful, they are actively hostile. I repeatedly caught employees whispering and laughing behind my back after I asked simple questions about my reservation, making me feel completely unwelcome. When I finally addressed my concerns with the front desk, I was met with eye-rolling and a dismissive attitude as if I were a nuisance for wanting the basic service I paid for. It is clear the management has no control over their team, who seem more interested in mocking guests than helping them. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its customers.

We were overall happy with the hotel except for the foul smell in the toilet. We told the front desk., However, the smell stayed . The room was very clean though.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Area a little out of the way from the old center, but convenient for parking.

The room is well soundproofed and the size is OK. It's about ten minutes' walk from the old town. Opposite is the exhibition center. The service is also good, although disposable toothbrushes are not provided.
