Everything was sufficient for our stay. Cute boutique hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were clean, although a little tired and in need of an update.

The rooms are cosy, but we did have ski gear we brought up to the room, though could slide our board bag under the bed no problem. Room was clean, comfy bed, great location. We went to the all you can eat oriental buffet near hyper u/mcdonalds. That was brilliant and close by. Would stay again.

Budget option for families, booked last minute, it was okay.

We chose this hotel so we could walk to Veuve Clicquot tour which was easy however quite far from centre of Reims you need to drive or take the bus.Parking is easy on the hotel site

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

This hotel is slightly out of town, so you’ll have to walk about 20 minutes to reach the pedestrian zone. For the rest we had a simple but positive experience there. Wonderful hotel in an ideal position The wonderful blonde girl at check-in could not be more helpful when I checked in and and when I checked out. She was incredible. Ideal place central to everything.

Comfortable stay near train station, shops and restaurants. Short walk to Cathedral and museums. There was an issue with the room readiness but the management made the necessary adjustments and corrected the issue. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Air conditioning was excellent.

This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Great little hotel In a great position in the city very close to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Street parking is expensive, so ask the receptionist for a ticket for town hall parking 3 mins walk away, underground and €15 a night.

The property is just okay. We did not like the room were initially given. It was on the ground floor with no windows. It was very dark and didn’t feel clean. Good location, nice service and worth the price. We drove a rental car - took some careful navigating to get to baggage drop off. Paid private parking was worth the money (only 2 euros worth public parking but so much closer). Did not have an elevator. North of center of 'old ville' in Reims, but very convenient to everythuing.

Basic hotel (nothing more nothing less). Ideal basic hotel due to it's superb location and nearby parkingfacilities to explore Reims. Feedback for hotel: Bigger towels would be advisable and shower capabilities could be better (more water pressure, warmer water and ability to adjust shower head).

We had no complaints. Our room (203) with Kingsize bed was spacious, very clean,air conditioned and with a good sized ensuite shower room. Breakfast was quite adequate, coffee from machine was good. All in all a good place to stay in the heart of Reims with discounted parking next door. Considering what we paid, it is good value for money when you just need a stopover for a night or two.

The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. I would likely return on my next trip to Reims

The elevator was not working, and the room was on the fifth floor.

Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

too expensive for what you get almost 100euro a night for an average hotel plus they make you pay another 100euro as deposit which wasn't even mentioned before booking  don't recommend it

Great location to visit the city. The famous cathedral is just a 2 minutes walk. The manager is super nice and prices are more than reasonable. We will come back!

A very practical place to explore Reims with a short walking distance to the cathedral. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. A very positive surprise was the free and stable high speed internet access via WiFi in the room. Parking is 16€ a day in the Gambetta garage on the other side of the street.

Went in for a cup of coffee with my family before leaving Reims, the café is nicely laid out, the service was quick, and the coffee tasted great. They could do with a bit of cleaning, but otherwise the café is great.

Good location walkable to centre. No parking at the hotel but there is a car park adjacent which is free overnight and picking up a disc from the hotel will give you several additional free hours. The best part of the hotel is the location, as its next to the Roman gate and entrance to the city center. However the service is not great at all. The ladies who work there, especially in the morning, are incredibly unfriendly. During mornings, they don't even sit at the front desk, just talk to each other in the back. “No towels provided” Very shocked to get an email the day before our stay saying the hotel provides no towels!! Probably won’t book this chain again this was extremely inconvenient.

Good for a sleep and a shower, but I'd be sad to have to stay more than one night. It's one up from a tent. Double bed room is a bed above another bed on mezzanine floor with a steep ladder to practice mountain climbing. Sound is a problem here as it migrates from next door and outside. Bring ear plugs

The location is in the suburbs of Reims. Take bus No. 9 from the train station, get off and walk less than a kilometer to the hotel. To get to the center of Reims, you can also take bus No. 9. Good value for money, I think.

Just what we wanted - a clean, functional place to lay our heads. The 24 hour check-in means no worries about getting there by a certain time from the UK which is invaluable. Close to the motorway, but far enough away not to be noisy.

Good budget hotel clean and comfortable (actually pinched some ideas for my bedroom at home). There was a problem with my booking, which was confirmed by my 3rd party site but not received by hotel. They allocated me a room despite not having received my booking and didn't charge me. This hotel is ideally placed for accessing the city although there's no parking, public parking was available close by however. The hotel also doesn't have a lift so not ideal if your room is on the fourth floor and you have heavy luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Chose this hotel for its location. We had just left Paris this morning...but hubby didnt sleep much the night before so driving was put on hold. We found this hotel on Google .
