Great location. Not good rooms and staff unfriendly. Hairs on the bed. Dirty shower. Needs a good clean. £8 extra for a cot and they put us on the 3rd floor walking up with a baby not ideal.

This hotel is ideally placed for accessing the city although there's no parking, public parking was available close by however. The hotel also doesn't have a lift so not ideal if your room is on the fourth floor and you have heavy luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Booked two rooms to discover hotel is now in emission zone! Hotels advice -they don’t check on a Sunday! Cancelled booking but they would not refund cost of both rooms. BEWARE this hotel. There are other reviews stating same thing. They need to inform customers about this issue.

Breakfast was very limited. Room wasn't sound proof, there was a lot of noise from outside.

Chose this hotel for its location. We had just left Paris this morning...but hubby didnt sleep much the night before so driving was put on hold. We found this hotel on Google . Yes...there are stairs and no elevator, Yes the room and especially the bathroom ARE VERY small but for the price 75€ plus a 20€ more for breakfast it will do for one night. The Cathedral can be seen from our window and the Christmas market was still going on. So it was a bonus. We are just gonna sleep in the room so size not a big deal. It is definitely all about the location on this one.

Clean and serviceable room. Plenty of street noise. Neighborhood is a little tuff. Don't park in garage as it is not monitored and car vandalized.

Sweet little mom and pop hotel close to the Reims cathedral. Location was excellent and room was spacious, though it could use a little bit of TLC (a bit of a facelift!).
We were on the third floor without an elevator, so it’s definitely for people who are somewhat fit (and don’t have a lot of luggage).
There were a few small details that were a little bit inconvenient... for example, our family room only had one bath towel in the bathroom.
Also, I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast, which seemed expensive at 9,50€ (for a small selection of bread, jam, cheese, yogurt, and coffee) and did not include many lactose-free/vegan options.

No elevator and no air conditioning. Totally not a deal breaker just inconvenient. ONLY one outlet so if we had not had a power strip with us we could not have run any charging AND the fan (which was a necessity even though it wasnt all that hot outside.

Location was good a few blocks from food and good beer. Also, close the the cathedral. WiFi was reliable and of sufficient speed. Room was enough space for sleeping.

Nothing fancy. Rooms and bathroom are cleaned but could be renovated. Noise isolation could be improved. In regards to the rates, this is still a good deal.
