CitizenM location is perfect for tourists, it has close proximity to metro, shopping malls, and leisure areas. Easy movement is a plus. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good, but needs varieties and little change in meal plan.

Had an amazing stay. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. It was a nice small cozy room ideal for 2 people.Its just 10 min walk to a metro station.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Paris at this hotel, it was well presented and the service is polite and friendly. Only thing that dropped it to 4 star wars no tea/coffee provisions and nowhere open nearby to get drinks for the room. Other than that, highly recommended and we will be returning here soon.

Great position for paralympic swimming. Transport links good to travel all over Paris. Bathroom needed to have few things fixed including tiling and grout to bath/shower and extractor fan not working. Hairdryer became extremely hot while using.

Property worked well for us. Convenient to walk to La Defense Arena.

Very nice hotel, with excellent customer service. I felt very welcome and was treated very nicely. Only issue would be location which is a bit far from Paris, and also breakfast is not included in the price.

Decent budget hotel, quiet with friendly staff. A short walk from the metro through the lovely park but also bus stops nearby. The bar was limited but enjoyed a few Leffes on the first night. We didn't have breakfast as no veggie option :( Overall worth it for the money we spent

It's quite far from the center of Rueil-Malmaison. My room window faced the highway, and there was construction going on across the street, but it wasn't very noisy. The room itself was small and simply furnished. The bathroom and shower were also quite small. It's not as good as another Ibis in the city center.

Ideal if you have a concert at La Défense Arena (30-minute walk through a lovely park). The hotel is located near a very large Leclerc supermarket, and for food, you have everything you need nearby, from fast food to restaurants. The location is very strategic; there are also buses that drop you off at La Défense Nanterre.

A small room but still fit for couple. But lack of table. A space leave here please at least place a table. The air conditioner is cold even I already off it.

Very small for 3 person. Hot water just for breakfast time. The staff will leave and cannot tidy the room in afternoon time.

The room is small and the facilities are simple, but the waiter is very enthusiastic.

Good service. In terms of facilities, an additional bedside table would be needed in the double rooms, a few more towels and larger pillows, if not at least provide for the supplement.

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. An absolute delight to deal with. The immediate environs are nothing special but you’re less than five minutes from the RER, and on the far side of the station there are some very good bakeries, markets and restaurants in the older area of Nanterre. If you need somewhere to stay outside the arrondissements, it’s ideal.

Room had clearly not been cleaned from previous guests. Bed had not been changed and bathroom was still messy with towels on floor.

Very well equipped and convenient hotel in the Nanterre area, with an informal touch, neat rooms and rather diversified breakfast. Right if you need to stay in Nanterre, of course. Not expensive for the Paris sorroundings. All services you need in this known hotel channel

It is less easy to rate a place that you visited the first time, in emergency and on a budget that allows not even a small room in Paris. But this is exactly what many tourists are searching for. Reception several flights of stairs up.No lifts therefore unsuitable for elderly or those with heavy luggage. Hotel was being refurbished at time of visit (early December 2024) of which we had no prior knowledge. No bar or dining available too. WiFi down for hours. Location excellent for La Defense Arena and RER connections.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I was impressed by the welcoming and attentive staff. In particular, Hasin truly stands out. He pays attention to every detail, making sure that all guests are well taken care of and that every meal is a pleasant experience. Looks not really inviting from the outside impression, but inside a totally different impression. Nice and silent room. Breakfast had a nice variety of choice. Although in Paris, I however wonder if the price is reasonable. But maybe a problem in Paris generally.

The location is great. I didn't like that the hotel rooms were in a building next door. There was no one to supervise the premises, apart from the security cameras. The room was quite spacious. However, I was hoping to take a bath, as bathtubs are quite rare in hotels. I couldn't because there was hair in the drain, which wasn't pleasant. Otherwise, the rest of the room was clean.

Spacious room and very comfortable bedding. A real highlight was the friendly reception team at the hotel, pleasant and attentive to guests.

Perfect location for attending a concert at La Défense Arena, just a short walk away. The welcome was impeccable, warm, and professional. The room is a bit dated and could use a refresh, but for the price, it's perfectly acceptable.

It’s hard to communicate with the hotels if you didn’t have a France phone number. They didn’t response any online message. Location is good if you are ok with public transportation to Paris Centre.

They have good customer relations but their bed was too small

The Housekeeper came to my room to clean it and she only showed up one time when I was staying there for seven days.

It is both a hotel and a student house. You can stay but do not expect service, cleaning is once a week, they do not even take out the garbage. The rooms are sufficient.

This was a great stay. There is a bus stop 1minute away that takes you direct to La Défense (12 minutes) which is a gateway transport system to Paris. The place is great the staff are wonderful. This was a lively stay.

Great campsite in a perfect location outside Paris. We arrived late after a snowy journey and managed to grab pizza and drinks in the cafe bar. Great facilities, lovely staff and a shuttle to the nearest Metro station made this a perfect stopover.

Very nice camping facility! Washrooms, showers etc were always clean. Offers a small variety grocery store, fresh baked goods. The bar area/sitting lounge is very nice and comfortable. Service was great everywhere we went. Nice playground for kids. 35 to 45 min bus/metro ride to downtown Paris. I stayed in my Caravan but they do have a large number of cabins to rent.

This camping is super close to the city center and very convenient. They had a small shop with amenities. We didn't use the showers or bathrooms so cannot comment on that. Staff were friendly and knew english

It’s a bit out of Paris but was just the location I needed the rooms are all new with a new reception being built now. The staff are very friendly and helpful I messaged them asking how to get the the train station to the hotel and got a very helpful step by step guide. Fantastic would stay again

The surroundings are very quiet ~ There is a park opposite, there is a bus at the door that can be transferred to the subway station, and you can also reach the RER platform through the park ~ The room is ok for one person ~ It would be a bit crowded for two people ~

My stay here was excellent even though it was only a few days. The rooms were decent and the food here was really nice. I would definitely recommend it as it is very cheap and in an ideal location.

We came to the concert in the stadium and slept in the hotel for three nights, we had a great experience. The service was very friendly and even though some of the staff didn't know much English, we felt that they were doing everything to help us.
