First of all, the lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Room amenities are replenished daily, which is a nice touch.
The room size is reasonable, and cleanliness is very well maintained — great job to the housekeeping team.
One of the highlights is the gym, which offers a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something...
Excellent place, with welcoming staff. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management...
The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.
Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such.
The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean...
It’s basically quite good, but the renovation was done a bit early, and the room facilities aren’t very modern.

Location of romance. Perfection to your trip.
The Tower View Room on the high floor was absolutely amazing! Although the room was small, it was fully equipped, especially the motion-sensor night light and the two charging ports (USB, Type-C) which were super convenient. But the absolute best part was definitely the unbeatable Eiffel Tower view from the window! 👍
Pros:
- Location is good and convenient for public transport (RER C, Metro line 1)
- Room floor was 4, but even from this floor the Eiffel Tower is well visible, although it is partially covered by a nearby building (not a fancy-looking one)
- Room has a medium-size bathtub
Cons:
- Room has only 1 towel hook. No idea why it is like this and where 2 large bath towels and 2 small ones should be placed...
The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it is conveniently connected by direct metro lines, so getting around is still easy. The Deluxe Tower View room offers a clear view of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and being able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room was truly amazing. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and almost the same every...
Although the room was small, it was quite comfortable and had a great view. Most of the staff were very friendly, except for one short, middle-aged woman with short hair who had a stern expression that made me feel tense.
The environment is great. We booked an Eiffel Tower view room, and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. The transportation is convenient; the metro is connected to the mall behind the hotel. However, it seems like guests from Asia are always assigned to lower floors, while European and American guests get higher floors.

The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, and there's a basketball court right next to it. It's also near high-end hotels like Le Bourmann. Plus, it's conveniently located close to metro and bus stations. You can get to the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, or the Champs-Élysées in about half an hour. Overall, it's great, and the room was quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the...
Everything was good and staff are friendly, 2 more steps to go for me to suggest this place to others. 1) the water refilling machines weren’t providing sparkling water as indicated. 2) the lift system seriously need an upgrade, most of the time only 1 lift working, 2nd lift could only be used only when the 1st one left the servicing floor, same goes to the 3rd, which I never see it moves. Oh ya, the...
The room was great, but the key highlight was the excellent service and fantastic breakfast. It's super close to the tower; you can see it just 100 meters from the hotel entrance.
The front desk staff were nice and gave us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom shower facilities were really inconvenient; both showerheads had to be on at the same time as you couldn't turn one off, and they made a lot of noise. The toiletries were almost gone when we checked in and were never refilled. They only provided one pair of slippers. We mentioned...
Absolutely fantastic! I especially want to commend the front desk lady – I think her name was on the little card – she was truly kind and beautiful. Seeing that we arrived on an early flight while it was still dark and very cold, and feeling unsafe, and knowing check-in wasn't until after 11 AM, she proactively arranged a room for us. This saved us both money and time. The location is also superb!...
The Location is excellent, The Eiffel Tower is right in front of the hotel. The Staff is warm, polite and very very friendly and helpful, being nice n attended to us, I’m very pleased with their manner. The only thing is the amenities, Which the cups are paper, And the culinaries are wooden. Other than that, I’m very placed with a room arrangement for the family. The room facilities are quite basic, with no fridge, and breakfast is relatively simple. The bed in the double room is quite small, looks like 0.8m. It's really close to the exhibition center, which is great for business trips. The room is very clean!
I stayed in an executive room here for five nights last September and found this Novotel to be one of my favorite four-star hotels. Novotel is always understated, steady, with decent facilities but excellent service. I particularly loved the restaurant on the eighth floor; both breakfast and dinner were superb. The interior design and decor also had a unique charm! Plus, its proximity to the Universit...
The atmosphere is really lovely and cozy, and a lot of families with kids stay here. However, the first-floor breakfast area can get a bit crowded. The restaurant on the 8th floor offers great views of the Eiffel Tower. There's a free water dispenser on each floor near the elevators. It's very conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk to the metro station, which makes getting to attractions really...
Very decent hotel with reasonable price. The rooftop view is fantastic. Most key tourist attractions are around 30 minutes away. Despite there is a slope, can choose to take tram to Georges Brassens and walk downwards to the hotel which is more comfortable
Hotel Luxor Paris offers a convenient and practical stay in the city, especially for travelers looking for good value in a central location.

We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.
No water in the unit. The bedding was disappointing; the duvet was stained despite having a clean cover. The wellness area was also disappointing. Only one of the two hammam cabins was functional, and its condition left much to be desired. The pool offered little privacy, as it was overlooked by the restaurant.
Good spot. Spacious rooms. The location is very convenient and well-suited. Varied breakfast.
Vlotte check-in (out)!
Staff is vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Comfortable bed and excellent bar and breakfast buffet. Rooms need better independent Air Conditioning- but opening the window at night was helpful.
Hotel and facilities are clean, service by staff is very good, aside from Sidiki who has a rude attitude and speaks no English. Rooms are nice and roomy with modern decor. Breakfast at an extra charge is good kids eat for free. Has parking for 30 Euro a night. Overall hotel is good, the only thing I didn't like was that the pool opens at 10:30 am which is kinda late.

The first room type I booked was actually a hostel-style room.
We stayed at Hotel F1 in Paris with our family of four over the New Year’s holiday, at first I wasn't sure what to expect but overall it was a very pleasant experience. The setup is more like a hostel, with bunk beds and shared bathrooms, but everything was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable.
The rooms were warm and cozy, which was especially appreciated with the freezing weather...
Stayed 3 nights in December (private room + bath). Check-in was easy, though the confirmation email arrived about a day late. The room is small and basic with minimal storage (1 hanger, 2 hooks), no bedside table, and a tiny bathroom. Walls are thin so hallway noise can be noticeable. Room temperature was fixed at 19°C and regulated externally. Clean towels and sheets. About 8–10 min walk to the metro...
Hotel wifi was good but toilet was shared
The bathroom is shared and not attached to the room which is not good
Did not bring slippers and the front counter ran out of slippers to purchase
hotel was well conveniently located near a metro, room is big enough for families, bed was firm and great to sleep on, had a private shower and toilet which was great!!
A good accommodation located near tube station. However, looks like it is over-priced

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure.
The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and public transportation.
Despite the hotel being on a busy street with restaurants that was busy at the weekend I encountered no issues with street noise.
Montparnasse is a good location for Paris. A nice area to explore that is busy but not overly touristy...
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The location is fantastic, just about a 5-minute walk from the Line 13 metro station. There are all sorts of restaurants nearby, and in the evening, you can even pop into Monoprix and Auchan supermarkets for some shopping.
First time here. Pleasantly surprised. The staff is impeccable and very attentive. I'll gladly come back.
The location is excellent! The subway entrance is right at the end of the street, and there are many theaters and restaurants downstairs. It's lively and feels safe every evening. Highly recommended.
The location is quite convenient. Although it's not right in the city center near the main attractions, there are several metro stations nearby, making it less than a 20-minute ride to the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower. It's located on a commercial street with many restaurants and also a supermarket. The staff were warm and polite and even gave us drink vouchers. The cleanliness wasn't meticulously maintained...

Spent a few days at Mama Shelter Paris and it exceeded all my expectations! The design is modern and fun, with thoughtful touches throughout the room. The bedding and slippers were nice, with a hip-hop style, but the cleanliness was average. There's an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor, which was quite crowded, so I recommend trying it. It's convenient for visiting the exhibition next door, but I wouldn't recommend heading to the center to see the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay, as the journey...
Ok this hotel actually fits the vibe of a quick business trip or a weekend getaway! The rooms are actually styled well and comfortable and the hotel itself has good amenities for the purpose. Staff seem friendly enough, just the location wasn’t that great! But it’s fit for purpose
The room is small but has a nice design. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This is a hotel with a great atmosphere. There is **** to see. The terrace has a view of the Eiffel Tower.
Very nice hotel with a lot of character - the design is impeccable and the rooms spacious. Check their hotel website when booking, they have some nice deals from time to time. Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. Overall a nice place to stay.
I had a great stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. The rooms were very comfortable, the temperature and ventilation were just right, and everything felt clean and well-maintained.

The location of the hotel is quiet and all the staff were friendly, respectful and caring, especially Mr. Lahcen and Miss Samira, they gave us a sense of intimacy and initiative to introduce Parisian life.
We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Boulogne over the August 15th weekend. The hotel was very calm, our room was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable sofa bed for the kids. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner on-site – the food was excellent. A special thanks to Samira for her kindness, and to the whole team who made our children feel welcome. Highly recommended for families!
Very good location! Great suite with view of Eiffel Tower! Nice staff
I was very satisfied with my stay. All the amenities were excellent, and the hotel's proximity to Roland Garros, the French Open stadium, made watching matches very convenient. I especially loved the hotel's breakfast; it had a wide variety of options and a distinctly Parisian feel.
We stayed the first week of April at the Radisson Blu and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The breakfast was above and beyond our expectations. Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Paris was exceptional from start to finish. After arriving early in the morning from the U.S., we were graciously informed that we had been upgraded. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. I booked a Grand Premium room and when I arrived I had to change because it was too small and had a "strange" appearance. The soaps and shampoo smelled like "sandwich sauce," they weren't good. Location is great for Roland Garros or Rock en Seine. The front desk staff have clearly had zero customer service training. There was never any warmth or welcome. The room had aircon....that did not work. Other than that....it's ok. But definitely not 4 stars.
Must be a hidden gem. Prices very reasonable. Higher end property in what seems like a safe area near Roland Garros and great bus and metro connections. Breakfast buffets for $20 euro per person were worth every penny and food quality was beyond great. Fresh everything. Freshly squeezed OJ and fresh fruit salads. French breads and croissant were made that day.
Nothing but great and fabulous...
I had a very nice stay at this hotel, the staff is very helpful, thanks to rania and chaimaa
Located in Boulogne, the hotel facilities are very good, and the service of Paul at the front desk is also very good. The price-performance ratio is very high. If you go to the west one day, it is suitable to stay here
Hotel was great in many ways but the photos are very deceptive. We booked the deluxe king room and room was different to photos shown. The bathroom and actual room itself. Everything was fine, but the service was really bad.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient.
The only thing I missed was a proper reading lamp by the bed - the bedside tube lights are not suitable for reading a book (I mean an actual book, not an electronic device).
It was a very nice trip and good stay in the hotel! Very friendly employees, very clean room and convenient location.

Beautiful hotel, great hospitality and spacious room (and very quiet without too much noise from outside Paris life).
We’ve had a terrible experience at one of our breakfasts and making it the reason for not giving 5 starts.

Absolutely beautiful hotel & prime location, stunning decor and high end finishes. Staff were wonderful, professional but also very friendly. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. The top floor suite was exceptional, highly recommended. Sucks that the LV building & cranes hinder the Eiffel Tower view a bit but no one’s fault & still stunning.

Overall, I love the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and we can access the coffee machine anytime.
The hotel is very convenient, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are very attentive to service. It's close to the metro station and convenient for getting to the center of Paris. It's located in a safe area. Recommended.
Excellent hotel in a great neighborhood with convenient transportation.
Wonderful hotel! Absolutely loved it!
Clean, new, comfortable, modern rooms. There's a coffee machine and water on the ground floor, and they even offered cake throughout the day. The room has everything you need.
Close to the metro.
We'll definitely return to this hotel. 100/100!
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the only three drawbacks were that there was no hairdryer in the room; you had to borrow one from reception. Also, the room wasn't cleaned every day, and the city tax was exorbitant, costing over 8 euros per person per night—even London doesn't charge such a high city tax!

The hotel is so good and what made our experience great is the good services of the reception by the employee Mohamed.
Amazing hotel, perfect location, and wonderful staff. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from, perfect hot chocolate. Junior suite was amazing, lovely decorations as it was my 40th, couldn't of asked for a nicer bunch of staff, nothing was a problem and the concierge was very helpful also.
Only down side was no restaurant, and the room service food for evening is not for everyone, It's out...
What a hidden gem 💎
My husband booked #juliannaparis as the hotel for our last night in Paris.
It’s walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and so much more. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. With a great location, hip decor and comfortable beds what’s not to 💕 love
Beautiful Hotel, ideally located in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris with a superb and warm interior design. Lots of attention from the staff; from the concierge to the reception, everyone is very pleasant and very attentive.
Really nice experience.

This hotel has a lot going for it. The concierge was fantastic. The front desk service was very helpful and the location wasn't bad. But the wifi was spotty. There was no spa. They have a sauna but no massage. That is what I think of when it says spa.
The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable. But the room decor is dark and bleak. I wouldn't rate this a five star hotel. More like a 3 star.
Our stay at Hôtel Juliana was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff was both incredibly helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is so charming and felt very safe.
When we booked our stay a few of the one-star reviews made me hesitate but now I know they were just written by people with an agenda. This is a 5-star hotel in Paris; our stay was flawless
