staff is not helpful at all worse parking in underground

The location is great. I didn't like that the hotel rooms were in a building next door. There was no one to supervise the premises, apart from the security cameras. The room was quite spacious. However, I was hoping to take a bath, as bathtubs are quite rare in hotels. I couldn't because there was hair in the drain, which wasn't pleasant. Otherwise, the rest of the room was clean.

Spacious room and very comfortable bedding. A real highlight was the friendly reception team at the hotel, pleasant and attentive to guests.

Perfect location for attending a concert at La Défense Arena, just a short walk away. The welcome was impeccable, warm, and professional.

The room is a bit dated and could use a refresh, but for the price, it's perfectly acceptable.

The location is above a subway station, you can reach Paris attractions in half an hour, and it is close to the Olympic Games venue. The location is excellent. There was a problem with the drainage facility of the washbasin in the room, and the shower gel was used up but not replenished. Other than that, the experience was good. The service attitude was very good, and the hotel staff was willing to help me find my lost items in the room I had checked out.
