It was hard to find the hotel for the first time, 40 minutes from the center.
The staff was very kind, but if you don't want to be disturbed in the morning for cleaning, put the sign on the door.

In the room no soap
No cooler, but you can use hot water free of charge in the coffee machine (2 euro for coffee)

Even though we had a confirmation that we had booked 2 doublerooms with bathroom, they were only able to give us 1 double without bathroom. They gave away our rooms to someone else. They were very unhelpfull and basicaly just rude. Not even given a refund

The one thing I didn‘t like, was that the Hotel was hidden like a State‘s secret. I took me almost an hour finding the entrance. The rooms lack private bathrooms and somehow overlooked that while booking

The woman at the front desk was incredibly argumentative. When we checked in the night before, the front desk said we could have a cup of coffee for free the next morning. We went to get coffee, the woman at the front desk started SCREAMING we had to pay for the coffee. I was apologetic and explained about the night prior. She stated how much the coffee was - I thought she said the coffee was 50 cents/euros. I gave her 1 euro, she started screaming “YOU DON’T HAVE ANYMORE MONEY?!”. My hand was full of change, she grabbed a 2 euro coin from my hand and then slammed a 50 cent/euro on the counter. She was absolutely horrible !!! I noticed her being rude and argumentative with all the guests.

We got off the train late, 45 minutes walk, very tired, the hotel is hard to find, and there is no separate toilet, the bed is a bit hard, the toilet is a bit small, I can't find the hairdryer, but the price is cheap.

disgusting hotel I took a room with a shower twice the shower did not work, I burned myself several times because no hot water available or problem with a water tank I think there was too much nobody in the shower, no towel and no soap available! For a price of 147 euro for 2 nights, it's the last time in my life that I have set foot in this seedy hotel, thieves! I hope to discourage more than one, because for the same price you with a 4 star!

Very hard to find using maps. Took wrong exit and got in the highway. Bathrooms do not seem clean to me.
