Holiday Inn Perpignan by IHG was a very good option for a one-night stay while travelling to Spain.
The hotel is well suited for transit, with a practical location that makes arrival and departure straightforward. Staff were efficient and courteous, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.
The room was tidy, well maintained, and comfortable, offering a good level of rest after a long journey. Dining options were of good quality and more than adequate for an overnight stop.

The hotel website says the rooms have airconditioning. When we arrived in July the staff told us the airconditioning was on eco mode and that the temperature couldn't get lower then it was. With four people at one room it was getting warm really fast. We couldn't sleep because of the heat in the room and called the reception again in the middle of the night. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do.
If there is no cold airconditioning in summer you should mention that on the website.

The hotel overall is ok.
2 points I did not like:
- indicated charging station is a regular household power outlet. You need to bring your own cable (3,4kwh). Parking was occupied by a non electric car. Reception did not react.
- French fries in restaurant were burned in oil and soggy 🤬

Nice hotel, great value , clean, good service, and all the expected amenities. Although the room was very hot, it was necessary to open the windows to cool it down. This is something I see frequently in all hotels. An energy-inefficient practice that is uncomfortable for guests.

The hotel is very nice, with a KFC restaurant right outside, making it convenient for those who need a bite. The front desk staff was friendly. We arranged for Cristofer to be our friendly and helpful assistant, and he proactively called to inquire about assistance. I would definitely go there again if I had the chance. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in all aspects. Location is very convenient as offer both walking distance to downtown and being not far from Highway. Parking is space and is free of charge. Rooms are bigger than usual in Holiday Inn Express ones. Breakfast was also good - with eggs and sausages. Will definitely recommend it to others and will stay there again during trip to Spain and back.

A stopover hotel with a quiet environment and free parking. Most of the guests are foreign tourists. The location is suitable for self-driving. There is a KFC next to it, which meets the standards of a smart hotel.
