We stayed in a bungalow next to the main chateau in a massive room w/ badly dated finishes. The cost was something like €700 for the night, breakfast not included. We don’t mind spending money on accommodation but this felt like a clip job. I believe they are renovating the main chateau but for now the rooms are dated and uncomfortable.

We had the menu gastronomique on 25 july. I still dream about the food and the wine which was amazing. Can you please share the wines since we did not remember the names ❤️ mainly the wine with the fish as main course but also the wine with the red fish ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always a pleasure to come again to this establishment. Magnificent covered parking under huge trees, super classy chateau with the charm of the old days, but it’s maintained and kept fresh. The service is extremely professional and fast, the wine master always has good advises and some gem you didn’t hear about. It is classy all throughout, except maybe the waiters who could be given shirts instead of polos. All dishes are well executed, with a special mention to the blue lobster menu. The cuisine is conventional however so well excited that it will not fail to surprise you. You however know where you are going. The house lost a Michelin star some years ago but it’s unfair as it deserves a full solid 1 star and it also stands the test of time.

Your home away from home
Truly a remarkable property and the 3 generations of family ownership is absolutely wonderful. They couldn't have made us feel any more welcome. My wife cried when she left because it felt like we were leaving long lost friends. If you have the opportunity, don't miss this enchanting place.

So sad this restaurant where we used to go since 2010 and where we had our Christmas Eve diners or lunches refused to host us this year because of a “fixe menu”.?!?!? They would not accommodate us.
We are vegetarian and had no issues there in the past.
This year, it seems like being a vegetarian is not “permitted” to book a table in that restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in one of the most fabulous cities in the world. Perfect for swimmers and golfers but a wonderful place to visit all year round. Furnishings terrific; restaurant splendid. Carcassone is a gem.

Going back in time happens just like that when you enter this domain. The energy, the ambiance, wow. Huge trees, green lawns, lots of flowers. The hotel breathes "the good old days" and has been owned by the same family for generations. Service is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. Love it here. We are at the bistro and we're excited: super good and wine

After a disastrous time with a boat on the Canal Du Midi, we , by shear coincidence we wanted to recover and spent a few more agreable days.We ended up in Le Domaine d'Auriac Relais & Chateaux, and this has been a very pleasant, surprising experience with the owners still in charge and being treated like special guests. We can highly recomment this marvel of a place and enjoy the top quality foods the chef if offering.

What a warm welcome. Immediately you feel the warm hospitality. A very nice place, in a beautiful park. The rooms have something, really well decorated and charming. And the restaurant. Excellent food and service. A good selection of excellent wines.
