A wonderful hotel. We have stayed here several times. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet consists of good quality foods. Staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool and secure onsite parking. It’s an easy walk into the centre of Béziers. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, clean and confortable. We appreciate the staff, kind and willing to serve well. As a relative negative points, it's not near to center of the town, about 10 minutes walking. And although limited variety of breakfast products they are very well and of quality.
In general I RECOMMENDED IT.

An excellent stay. We original booked a room ai XIX who were apparently having renovations and changed us to In Situ at the last minute. The staff of In Situ could not have been better, changing us to a different room with two beds (which we had originally reserved) and did so pleasantly. The next morning we checked out to go for a walk and left our car for an hour or so…the staff found my IPad and left a note on the car. I did not realize I had left it in the room. We have found a new favorite hotel in Béziers

A superb adult only hotel in the heart of Beziers. Got an upgrade to a room with a terrace which was just AMAZING! Beautiful room. Super clean. Great en-suite and shower. Fridge a big bonus as it was hot so could keep our stuff cold. The pool was just amazing and lovely to cool off after walking around the beautiful Béziers town. Everything is a short walk away. Parking is available on site although it’s payable (€15 per night) but didn’t mind this as it was secure so we didn’t have to unload our car. Only negatives were that there is probably not enough sun beds around the pool for everyone- perhaps get rid of the ‚art’ that looks terrible- like junk- and add some more sunbeds. Also no ice! How can a 5* hotel not have ice? This needs to be resolved.
Otherwise a perfect stay!

Really lovely hotel
First time in Béziers and couldn’t have hoped for a better hotel. Beautifully renovated, friendly staff, great pool, and delicious breakfast.

After a long journey, it was an absolute pleasure to be welcomed by Stephanie, whose warm hospitality instantly made us feel at home. She went above and beyond—arranging champagne by the pool and recommending a fabulous local restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were nothing short of stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed. And the bed—like sleeping on a cloud—offered one of the most restful nights. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Prefect stay. Parking garage and only 20 minutes walk to city centre. Least but not last very helpful and friendly staff.
