I have mixed feelings for this apartment
Bed: quite ok
Room: big and spacious, I really like it, however, the bathtube drain plug was broken. Luckily the aircon works fine and also it is quiet in the room.
Service: mixed feelings. Stay 4 nights 5 days but only got 2 rolls of tiny toilet paper. when I go to counter, they only gave me one and when I asked for more, they seemed not wanting to give me and I had to say I am staying 4 nights that I need more.
Also you need to clean the kitchen and take out trash. I am not sure they don't clean kitchen so my cups in the room were dirty when I arrived.
Last night I stay, no hot water but only not so warm water. The day I left in the morning, the temp of water only up to about 30 degrees or so.
Breakfast is ok but not impressive, if you look for protein/vege etc balance, you can still do that.
Suggestions: if you only stay 2-3 nights, it's quite ok, but more than 3 nights, they do not do room cleaning and it will be a bit annoyed for towels reused too many times.

I would say I might stay it again if I returned to Toulous but I will not use hotel internet. you have to provide your mail address to log in hotel and 2 days later, I received an attack alert that my email was logged in by others at middle of night that I had to immediately change my password at 1am.

The hotel is well located next to the train station and the room is clean and with high quality facilities.

But for the reception staff, we had met a white French lady who refused to offer any assistance when we were looking for a scale to measure the weight of our luggage.

We later asked another French male staff for the same purpose and he promptly helped us to measure the weight of our luggage by using the hotel's body scale.

I think the hotel should remind your staff to offer good service to any guests no matter what languages they are speaking.

Highly recommend this hotel. In a great area close to historic district. Large counterspace in bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, towel warmers. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and high quality linens and towels. The small kitchen with sink and fridge were handy. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with amazing variety of food.

The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.
