Very good location, really close to the castle. Room/apartment was clean and will air conditioner. Ok for space, probably would feel a bit tiny for a long stay. Bed was very comfortable. Service/staff inexistent, not at the property and doesn't not reply for messages if not about money

The location to the castle is 2 nd to none. A 5 minute walk is all it takes to be at the castle. We booked for Bastille Day. Spent the day walking around . We had lunch then returned to 514 , showered and changed. Returned to the castle for supper . Watched the fireworks display which was breathtaking. Fantastic location.The room was clean and equipped with fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker ( one pod machine and also a filter machine) Well worth a visit and great value for money.

Location for the medieval cité is excellent (about a 7-10 mins walk). Communication from the apartment management was also excellent which meant our checking in and out was easy. The apartment is a bit tired, however the kitchen and bathroom were both clean. Other surfaces and inside the drawers in ours were dirty but we'd taken some cleaning products with us so it wasn't a big deal. Overall would still recommend and would stay here again.

Ideal Carcassonne overnight
The appartment was very confortable and quiet. It is a 10 minutes flat walk from the old Carcassonne city and castle. Courtyard parking.

One of best places I have stayed at. Rooms are new and perfectly clean. Friendly service. Just a short walk up the street to the medieval city. Very highly recommend!!!!!

The hotel has a small courtyard with six rooms and six parking spaces. It's a 10-minute walk from the castle. The rooms are simple, with no service and a self-check-in code.

Perfect spot, 5 minutes walk from the old city of Carcassonne. The email from the AppartHotel was really informative and helpful, recommendations were great, we used them all!

Very close to the castle, clean and very comfy rooms, the mattress is just outstanding, wanna buy one like that! They also have parking space for 6-8 cars.
