Hotel Saint Sernin in Toulouse

The location of St Sernin hotel is excellent, right by the Basilica St Sernin, the most beautiful place in Toulouse and very central. The service of the hotel (we booked directly) was really excellent. The hotel did their best to accommodate our requests. We were given a very beautiful room with fantastic views and even a bathtub (quite rare these days), as requested. The decor of the room was beautiful with nice furniture, a comfortable bed and a cosy atmosphere. The one thing that could be improved is, however, breakfast (which was not included and was quite pricey for what it was).

Excellent cute and clean place, excellent customer service so welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast. The balconies are so adorable and the view is magical. Good price and close to everything.

This hotel is in a perfect location for Hugo Market and the City Center.. The parking is only by request! Make sure you specify in your reservation. The Metro and bus are very nearby. I don’t recommend having a car, Indigo garage parking is €22 a day. Very quiet neighborhood and you can hear the church bells.

Charming hotel opposite the basilica. Wonderful location, close to sites and a short walk to the airport bus stop. Friendly staff.

24 hours in Toulouse (‘La Ville Rose' - the Pink City): we could not have hoped for a more perfect introduction to France than to have discovered this lovely art-boutique hotel. We absolutely loved Hotel Saint Sernin and our charming host Anin. Our stay was super comfortable, the perfect location for walking to many major sites, cafes and restaurants, plus so many surprising little touches - decor, troubadour themed artwork, continental breakfast in ‘la salon’, beautiful coffee table books, tips on places to eat and visit (oh and navigation assistance including to car parking). Merci becoupe for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful service. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Whatever little things you will need ironed out, improved or need help with, doesn’t matter because they will instantly help you with everything you need. Parking in a safe parking garage across the road was a great bonus. Again the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. It’s very rare that I have received personal service of this quality at any hotel

The male receptionist who checked us in was very informative and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. The room was small however, very clean. Location was perfect and we were able to walk to all the tour sites we were interested. I would recommend Hotel St Sernin.

After two wonderful nights at Hôtel St Sernin, in a comfort double (room 22), I am happy to provide a 5 star review. The price was excellent given the perfect location. The surroundings were safe, great for walking at any hour, and convenient to all the museums, especially the beautiful St. Sernin Basilica. The building itself is full of charm and my husband and I were comfortable in the room. The stairs were narrow but easy to use. The exterior of the building with its pretty balconies and lights was so beautiful. The rooms were clean and quiet; we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. We enjoyed our sweet little balcony and loved the daylight through glass doors (curtains kept the room dark at night.) We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the university students but could shut the door for quiet sleep. WiFi worked. We bought coffee for 3 euros, but liked walking to nearby patisseries for pastries. The staff was amazing. Answered any question well. Check-in and check-out was efficient. Elena answered a couple of emails I sent from California promptly and sweetly. I booked directly through the hotel and got the best price. You should have a lovely stay.
