Charming boutique hotel in the city centre. Walkable distance to all attractions and eateries. Our room is spacious and facing street. With window closed, it was pleasant for sleeping. The bathroom had a bath tub which was nice. There is no shower curtain, so it can get pretty wet in the bathroom. No lift in the hotel but the front desk was so nice and took my luggage to the room and back to the reception. They also offered to store our luggage when we checked out, which was very helpful. There is no mini bar in the room but you can order drinks and snack at the reception.

Loved our stay at this hotel. It is intimate and boutique and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. They had a secure parking spot available for us to use which was a great perk. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here from start to finish. I'll begin by saying that this hotel is in no way a "grand hotel." There is no restaurant or bar, no elevator, no lobby to speak of, and, needless to say, no spa or pool. It is modest even by boutique standards. What it does have: a perfect location, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, delicious breakfast served in your room (the best croissants and pain au chocolate we had in France), and a manager/proprietor who knows the city and gave us excellent restaurant and cafe recommendations tailored to our requests. The building is charmingly old world with a modern interior renovation located on a pedestrian street that was quiet at night. Our room on the top floor had a lovely view of rooftops and the adjacent Augustinian convent (I'd ask for a room with a window facing the street.) In other words, perfect for our needs at a modest price..

Great location in the heart of the city center. Walking distance to the metro. Very clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is no elevator as the hotel is at a traditional building but it should be considered in case there are mobility difficulties.

Hotel des Arts was so lovely. Perfect location for walking anywhere in Toulouse. Rooms were nicely appointed; from the soft music playing in the room to the olive oil hand soap. The hotel manager was so kind and helpful, he made the stay memorable. He served the sweetest breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and drinks right to our door. We will definitely be back and stay here! Thank you!

I was immediately made welcome, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and my room was very pleasing.
An easy improvement would be to have a kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room.

Very pleasantly surprised by my room. I’d booked a single but was given a lovely double room with a bath. I received a very warm welcome from Johan at reception. Very accommodating. I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel and would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. Good value for money. Excellent location. Old school hospitality.

Great location- really central able to walk to most places from it, very friendly helpful staff- willing to go the extra mile , decent size room- able to open windows or have ac which is a nice option. Tasty breakfast delivered to your room at time of your choosing. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Fine stay at Hotel Opera in Toulouse, Fance. Central location adjacent to Capital. Quiet, efficient, very helpful. Manuel at the registration desk helped us get 4 restaurant seats at prime time, before we knew how such things are managed. Manuel also provided helpful information, answered tourist type questions, a real aide to our multi-day stay.

This hotel's location aided our ability to travel by walking this historic section of the city. We stay before and after our other trips away from the city and on flight arrival and departure dates. All good in a classic hotel.

This place lied to me and ripped me off when my plans changed because of a major power outage at London Heathrow. I checked out one day early and was mindful to talk to the desk first - they said I had to call booking.com for a one night refund. An hour later, I found that booking could not convince this hotel to authorize payment and they have a 24-hour early checkout. I have never been so lied to and manipulated by a cheap and dishonest hotel. Plus, the rooms are small and uncomfortable and the place reeks of a depressing comfort inn that’s barely hanging on. Avoid at all costs.

The room was good+. Pretty large by French standards. Not recently redone but not old. The service was FANTASTIC. Every staff member I encountered over 3 nights was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and still quiet.

Perfectly situated hotel on the Place de la Capitole. It’s only 2min to metro and and then all of Toulouse is at your fingertips.

Highly recommend staying in a Jr Suite with a direct view of the Capitole. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. We were here during the Christmas Marche and the dual pane windows blocked out all the sounds.

The staff is fantastic and a special shoutout to Jillian for being so welcoming and she took care of our every need including, making dinner reservations. An additional shoutout to Clara, with whom i corresponded with before our stay, who also made sure everything we needed was seen to.

We have found our hotel in this magical city and we will be back soon!!!

Nice hotel. Decor reflects it's old world charm. Great friendly staff. Comfortable room. Only annoying thing was when at breakfast, only one small toaster available for whole dining room. Maybe spend €30 and buy another toaster, since ull wait ages behind 8 people. Great trip to Toulouse. Would stay here again.
