Lovely hotel in a great location just off the square. Excellent breakfast and plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away

The location of this hotel is excellent. That is why I chose it. The photos online are not current. Over all, the hotel room was filthy. The carpet, sofa and drapes were stained and dirty. The room smelled dirty. The shower stall was moldy. I had no option but to sleep there because I arrived late at night. The next morning I packed up and left. I didn’t even care that I wouldn’t get a refund for the second night. It was that awful. Oh, the hallways are very poorly lit. Probably because they don’t want you to see how dirty the carpets are. The hotel needs a complete remodel . I walked across the Capital Plaza and checked into a beautiful, clean hotel.. Grand Le Opera. An elegant, clean hotel. Live and learn. What you see online is not what you always get.

Tremendous hotel at one corner of the square de Capitolium. We stayed in a standard room and the suite de Saint-Exupery. Beautiful views of the opera house, historic, centrally located, walkable to University of Toulouse, the Jardin des Plantes, Victor Hugo market, and Point Neuf. The staff are wonderful. Great recommendations for restaurants, and bars open late (for Americans working normal ET hours and do not go out before 9pm local time!). Room 32 is a treat of you ever read the Little Prince as a child. Merci beaucoup!

This hotel is a great value hotel, although there are minor issues. Great breakfast choices. A checkin card with map. Great location.

It’s a boutique hotel but fully renovated, room size is not big but decent enough for Europe standard. Location is great, literally next to the city hall, but parking is a bit of a nightmare.

good!

The hotel is in great location. This is the best part of the hotel. It is downhill from here. The beds are not good. I had the suite and you could feel something sticking me in back while I slept. The pillows wre horrible. My shower did not work. During our stay a person entered the hotel and tried to steal a friends purse. When telling the person I believe "the manage" at the front desk our challenges she had an attitude and was not accommodating. Her response with attitude was that If I did not like the hotel I could leave. She did offer a refund for 1 night. Unfortunately with meeting obligations it was more of a hassel to pack and leave than just endure the hotel issues for 6 hours. I am in the tourism industry and have stayed at hundreds of hotels across the world. This hotel was quit a disappointment. Also, 2 other friends stayed here with similar experience. I would not recommend unfortunately

Fine stay at Hotel Opera in Toulouse, Fance. Central location adjacent to Capital. Quiet, efficient, very helpful. Manuel at the registration desk helped us get 4 restaurant seats at prime time, before we knew how such things are managed. Manuel also provided helpful information, answered tourist type questions, a real aide to our multi-day stay.

This hotel's location aided our ability to travel by walking this historic section of the city. We stay before and after our other trips away from the city and on flight arrival and departure dates. All good in a classic hotel.

This place lied to me and ripped me off when my plans changed because of a major power outage at London Heathrow. I checked out one day early and was mindful to talk to the desk first - they said I had to call booking.com for a one night refund. An hour later, I found that booking could not convince this hotel to authorize payment and they have a 24-hour early checkout. I have never been so lied to and manipulated by a cheap and dishonest hotel. Plus, the rooms are small and uncomfortable and the place reeks of a depressing comfort inn that’s barely hanging on. Avoid at all costs.

The room was good+. Pretty large by French standards. Not recently redone but not old. The service was FANTASTIC. Every staff member I encountered over 3 nights was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and still quiet.

Perfectly situated hotel on the Place de la Capitole. It’s only 2min to metro and and then all of Toulouse is at your fingertips.

Highly recommend staying in a Jr Suite with a direct view of the Capitole. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. We were here during the Christmas Marche and the dual pane windows blocked out all the sounds.

The staff is fantastic and a special shoutout to Jillian for being so welcoming and she took care of our every need including, making dinner reservations. An additional shoutout to Clara, with whom i corresponded with before our stay, who also made sure everything we needed was seen to.

We have found our hotel in this magical city and we will be back soon!!!

Nice hotel. Decor reflects it's old world charm. Great friendly staff. Comfortable room. Only annoying thing was when at breakfast, only one small toaster available for whole dining room. Maybe spend €30 and buy another toaster, since ull wait ages behind 8 people. Great trip to Toulouse. Would stay here again.
