Rooms were basic but clean. The staff with friendly and helpful. I was able to park bike inside lobby (secure area). The breakfast was just ok. The selection was limited and not everything was fresh. The coffee was good!

We’ve been here many times, staying one night on our way to Spain. Budgetfriendly, dogfrienly, and good quality food.

It's a nice hotel. Perfect for the category. You find little shops and restaurant all around and the Place Stanislas is just near. Perfect for visiting the area on a small budget.

Great location only a short walk from the centre. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Only minor issue was that you have to hold the shower head, there is no bracket, and the toilet works off an electrical vacuum so is very loud. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The highlight of my visit was the receptionist, Lisi, who was absolutely lovely. She greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Old. Very small. Ac didn’t work, light in bathroom was constantly on and couldn’t turn off.

Location is good and room size ok. However we faced 2 basic problems which any competent hotel would avoid when preparing rooms for their guests - all the toilet soap/shampoo dispensers were virtually empty and didn’t work, with staff unable to fix it. Also one of the beds didn’t have enough bedding on it, exposing the mattress.

Nice quiet room, didn't like smoke smell in lobby though, so thankful that didn't permeate rooms.

This was fine, clean and civil with a decent breakfast. Luxury, it was not but good value and well-situated it was. It has limited parking but there is inexpensive on-street parking available close-by. It's in the city centre, with the positives and negatives of that situation, on the whole positive.

Good at this price! Of course it's not the best place to stay ever, but it was clean and comfy. Well organized when it comes to entering rooms. Proper place to stay for a few nights. Pity there is no bigger kitchen area.

You get what you pay for so no surprises there. 2 stars substracted for room cleanness (yellow spots on the wall and blanket on top bunk bed) and noice (right next to high traffic road and loud cracking floor noises). Had some upgrades to rooms and facilities as original fittings tired and worn. Current staff seem to be working hard at making the place spick and span. All in all makes for a reasonable night at a bargain price.
