I was really impressed with this hotel.

The location is excellent, right next to Gare de Metz-Ville (Metz Central Station), yet quiet, without any noise from the trains. The hotel is also quite close to the Metz Bus Station, very convenient for travelers using buses or connecting to longer journeys via FlixBus, as well as other buses.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and well-organized. The furnishings in the room are arranged logically. The interior design features elegant colors with white, grey, and a striking light green.

The receptionist is a lovely gentleman who is attentive, polite, and makes a good impression on guests from the very first interaction.

A good night's sleep in Metz.

We will definitely return here when we visit Metz and the Lorraine region again in the future.

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from Metz train station, which is very suitable for people traveling by train. The hotel is not far from the Pompidou Center, but it is far from the old town of Metz, which requires a 30-minute walk. The hotel room is not small, the decoration is simple and hygienic, and it is suitable for people on business trips or traveling alone.

Great hotel with a perfect location - just a short walk from the train and bus stations, and within easy reach of several museums and the city center.
They also offer a convenient baggage storage service, making it easy to explore Metz until your train arrives.
The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, clean and convenient location. Unfortunately the internet did not work (its worked for me everywhere in Europe yet staff said its “my fault/issue”). Due to security and metered connection it is not suitable for remote work. If you are a remote worker book at your own risk!!!

The service is good, the hotel is convenient for travel, and Metz is also great for sightseeing.

I read the views that were mentioned clean, which is why I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I got given a room which was opposite from clean. So much stains on the floor. The bathroom was stained. Someone used the wc but forgot to flush it. The shower needed a good clean around it. You will know when you walk into a clean room. Unfortunately, I wanted to walk out again. I asked for another room which they did, the second room was better as the first but clean is far from cleaning standard. The breakfast was reasonable, which was the only good thing I took from the hotel. The staff with check-in was fine, but the check out, the staff, they need to learn more about customers service. This hotel is ok for a stop over one night, especially its next to the train station but no more than that. I know for a fact I won't be booking here anymore.
