Over night stay
Arrived at 10:30 at night and hotel closed. Had to check in on a machine outside. After a stressful time we called the help line who talked us through the process.
Room above entrance couldn’t ask to change as no staff on site

It’s a nice Hotel to stay, their remote receptionist is fantastic and hotel environment is very clean, I can recommend it to people.

Not being able to get in.no instructions on how to get code.no staff.no instructions inside on access to rooms.pillows very very small and like bricks.holes in curtains.flies in room.

Average hotel. Small room but fine for an overnight stay. Good breakfast but again in a small room. Queues do form. Clean and tidy. Nice staff

Fair priced, excellent for a night sleep during a road trip. Parking is a bit tight. Personnel was extremely helpful and pleasant. Very flexible with night arrangements (can easily cancel a night, pay per day of stay), so great for road trips.

Breakfast was somewhat decent. Front staff was hardworking young gentleman. But, bathroom had mold and was not clean. Staff changed the room code without notice. Parking and surrounding areas were dirty.

Today, the day of St. Valentine's day, we went, my husband to me, at the restaurant "red Pepper" located in Saint-Contest.
We took an aperitif and selected our menu. Everything normal up to now.
We were sipping our Martini Bianco by watching our mail when the server has literally taken the cup with the chips that accompanied our aperitif. without anything we ask. We found it strange but good.... let's move on.
We headed for the free buffet. Enough any truth to the report of others, that we usually practice. Good move! The moment comes strong with a duck breast for my husband ( meat too cooked ) and a casserole "Earth" for me.
If my husband could still eat his duck me..... impossible.
6 pieces of beef immersed in sauce, the taste is indefinable. I begin to cut the first piece..... impossible, hard drive. I set aside, I'm going to take another impossible, and then another.... in short I gave up, I only ate 4 small potatoes that accompanied it. Was the astonishment of the server I explained that the meat was inedible, too hard.
The Head of the room we brought the desserts. He explained to us that the explanation that the cook had given him was that the meat was not sufficiently cooked. It is all about! The addition arrives ! I was expecting a "goodwill gesture" but not at all. In short we got everything set, even a dish that I haven't been able to eat...... Ultimately I went back to the house disappointed in this restaurant with a day of Valentine's day go to waste.

In fact, we arrived on Saturday 2 January, at around 21: 45, 4 adults to eat of course.. and after hanging around for a good ten minutes without anyone come and see us... we were denied a table. Is saying that this was no longer the time....
While the time posted on the door on Saturday is from 22: 00.
While these gentlemen of RED PEPPER beware, because in times of economic difficulties as the country is going through, and knowing that a competitor settles not far away from you (THE BUTCHER), this kind of incident is spreading like wildfire....
