Stay at Sept2025 for 1night, as a deviation from rouen to rennes. Fantastic, superb spacious room, good breakfast, very kind personnel. Property well located near train / bus station, tram within 50m. Extraordinaire!

It's conveniently located near the station, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is included, making the price economical. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of menu options. The staff are also friendly.

Lighting in the room was so poor tha is barely visible during night. Exists only one decorative lsd strip behind bed and 2 small reading lights, that is all for lighting the entire room. Stuf unhelpful and lazy. Room is very basic.

Very pleasant staff on reception. Rooms super comfortable, very clean and great location

A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.
There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. There are shops in the area that seem to be frequented by local people; they are not necessarily tourist oriented places with junky souvenirs.
10/10 would recommend.

Bigger than the average Ibis room

very good! We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is a high-end series of Ibis brand. It is only five minutes away from the train station. It is very new and clean. It is much better than the Crown Garden in another city where we stayed a few days ago. I guess it is mainly because of the newness. . If the breakfast is not good, there are many places to eat nearby so you don’t need to order. This city is the capital of Lower Normandy and is quite beautiful. We stayed here for two nights, taking bus 12 to the Normandy landing beaches and taking the train to the Abbey of Saint-Michel.

Good standard hotel, clean and with expected amenities. Good view from the hotel so long as you get a river facing room. Only 20 minute walk from city centre attractions and a tram stop just down the road. Breakfast is also a good standard with many options to choose from. Parking is paid but only a couple minutes walk from the hotel.
