The hotel is very pleasant. The entrance is beautifully decorated, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It's very well located. The bedroom has very nice linens, and the decor is very warm and elegant. The breakfast is excellent, with good products and a variety of options, and the room is excellent. A real favorite for this hotel.

A very nice establishment! The hotel is very well located, close to several shops and public transportation. The room and hotel are very clean and pleasant, with modern decor. To enter the hotel, you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door, which is reassuring. Special mention to the staff, who were very welcoming, patient, and attentive! I highly recommend this hotel! ⭐

Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone that works here really goes out their way to make sure you’re having a good time. They remember the smallest details, they give you freshly baked goods daily and are there to provide recommendations!! The hotel rooms were clean and modern. They couldn’t do enough for us.
The location was great. Not much more we could have asked for. This hotel made our holiday.

Had only one night staying here with my girlfriend. Very high-standard hotel, friendly staff with a great introduction of the hotel. The decoration style of the room is tidy and comfortable with a large room size. Breakfast buffet is worthy as well. Highly recommend and definitely will come again for the next Paris trip.

We just stayed 8 nights on this hotel from May 31-June 7 (couple).
Location is excellent, no question about that!
But we were quite disappointed with our room. First, it was too small that nearly no space for our luggages. The wall design is so dark, because the wall is all black! We had a room with a bad window view (# 109) so we prefer to close the curtains all the time. The room got no "real shower" i mean....the shower is in the bath tub wherein you have to hop your legs very high to go in to have shower. No rubber mat too, it was so slippery that i almost fell 3x showering because of the hair conditioner. I asked the reception if they've got at least a rubber mat for the shower, but unfortunately no! At the end, i have to buy one so it won't be slippery when i take shower!
Breakfast: not so many choices!
If you stayed there more than 3 nights (we actually had 8 nights) , you becomes fed up. Everyday, the same! There's not even a toast bread (at least for non-French people) . When you come too late for breakfast around 9am, you've got to be ready that most of the things were empty. I mean, like cheese, bacon of fruit salad. And one thing more, the scrambled eggs were so bad! This was the worst scrambled egg I've ever eaten my whole life! Is that even a real egg made? Looks like powdered egg only, sorry but i need to be honest!
Won't recommend this hotel, especially for non-French citizens.

Having booked three weeks in advance for a couple of people in the month of march.
We had a meal not terrible. I make better at home. The sauerkraut of the sea , the fish overcooked and in small pieces , cabbage is a true lavasse .He must see only the water and not white wine. The sauce didn't talk about it. For those who had smoked sausage, so the flavor of the smoke as it covers the entire dish.
Not close to returning, and especially not to advise

Frankly expensive and low quality .the last time I came for breakfast , I waited and as no one welcomed me I am directed to a server that typed out a text message...what a mistake I made myself rembarrée with such a bad mood that I preferred to leave the place.there are plenty of neat places to Nantes, do not linger here!

A good time in the terrace, facing the Christmas market. The kidneys in the former was correct, but a bit expensive. Cooking dew as requested, onions, carrots, mushrooms, cream, accompanied by mashed potatoes. Cloth napkins (I love), no tablecloth or placemat, but why not, the tables are well cleaned.

Really good food and excelent service. Waiter took care about everything, helping us with translation of the menu. Seafood was perfect.

Impossible to order ! You put me in waiting 10 minutes without cutting the micro so I had plenty of time to hear what was happening in the restaurant and the orders on the phone (one customer even took two pairs of chopsticks and sauces sweet and savoury if you're interested !).
Mics phone you cut it. And the best part of it is that the regulations by credit card are by phone so the client who is also waiting at any time take note of your bank details and do with it what seemeth him good....

Not stay for dinner because the priority is given to orders to go.
Also on-site, the wait has been more than 50mns to be served!
A little place with chairs and benches it quickly becomes uncomfortable.
Staff overwhelmed, lack of responsiveness and the experience of the more out-of-stock product at the time of the desserts...
More bad ratio quality / price, because quality decline in contrast to applied tariffs.

Best Japanese in Nantes for my taste. Try the Salmon Roll, it is divine, the Sashimi are fresh and good, and the Springs Rolls not bad also
