Room was lovely, the staff were super.

The hotel is excellent location, good bedding.
Missing a hair dryer, that would be appreciable to dry hairs when weather is cold in Europe

Family room size was terrible. Talk about a cupboard with matresses! We ended up checking out as room was not possjblw to sleep in with a fanily of 4

No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel.

Breakfast is wonderful.

This is a hotel with notions. It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but in practice that seems to mean a weird colour scheme (dark blue and green are not a good colour combination) and clocks that are strictly for decoration.

There is no bar or restaurant or the sort of facilities you'd expect in a good hotel and the carry on with needing a code to open the front door after ten was more like a boarding house

My room was fine, but the bathroom made noise all night, the pillow (singular) was hard and there weren't enough plug points to change electronics.

The staff did find us a place for our bikes.

Breakfast was extra and pretty but very limited choice, but I'm giving them marks for finding gluten free bread that was not horrible. No protein of any sort.

Overall not bad, but definitely doesn't justify the price

Staff very kind. The fact that there was no AC made our stay not ideal. At least a fan could help. A little bit expensive for not having ac. The bathroom floor was broken almost cutted myself.

Good location
Quite basic but quite ok place for stay in Orleans. Location was excellent near city centre, not the cleanest or newest interior but worth a visit in terms of easyness and worth for money. Did not test breakfast, area seemed a bit small for that. No major complaints however.
