Best Western Plus - L'artist Hotel in Tours

Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.

Good location very near the train station, yet in a quiet precinct Rooms are newly renovated. The entire frontdesk (especially Fanny), during my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, was absolutely fabulous: friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. Will definitely recommend Best Western Plus, if you are in Tours.

Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.

It is a small hotel with friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful indeed and make my stay perfect. There are a number of restaurants nearby and you may find your food easily. I stayed there for two nights and find it worths each penny.

The hotel service is very good, small and exquisite. You can make your own orange juice and boil soft-boiled eggs in the morning, which is great. The room is the same as the official website photo. The mattress is comfortable, the bed is made every day, and croissants and lemonade are placed in the lobby in the afternoon. If you come back hungry, you can eat one or two first. The only thing is that the wash basin is slow to drain.

In the alley near the train station. There are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. It is the first choice for visiting the surrounding castles.

The L'artist Hotel is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Tours, France. The staff as a whole demonstrates genuine interest and caring for your needs. Early on, we required some medical assistance  and the front desk was incredible in not only quickly contacting a taxi and navigating us through this unexpected situation, but since our plans changed and we required a longer stay in Tours, the staff promptly made arrangements to accommodate us. In addition, they generously included our breakfasts as part of the remainder of our visit. I can't express how thankful we were to have stayed here while in Tours. The L'artist Hotel is a hidden gem located near the Tours train station and within walking distance to all interesting and historically significant attractions. We highly recommend this hotel for any travellers who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation away from home with the knowledge that your safety is also of the utmost importance. The entire L'artist team are to be commended on their courtesy and professionalism.

There tried to double charge the room. We prepaid through a travel agency the stay. And at check out there wanted to charge again for the stay. Only because i was able to show a invoice from the Travel agency there did not double charge us.

We are now a second time here and the service is amazing, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
