Everything went well. The only negative point would be more breakfast options, for example, more choices for plant-based milk and more cheese varieties. I would gladly return to this hotel.

We only stayed one night; the room was clean and pleasant. The included breakfast was very good, and the location was ideal.

Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces.

Great location. Nice breakfast, clean room.
BUT - staff were not that helpful. Obsessed with Hilton process, rather than the customer. The only Hilton I have stayed (and I stayed in one last night so did check) where despite having paid for the room already, they wanted a physical card to take against me damaging the room! They got very very cross when I said I didn’t have a card. Why are they doing this when other Hilton’s don’t and why was this my problem?
Also they offered me digital checkin - lovely, but then would not issue the key till I went to the front desk. I then had to wait 20 mins whilst they checked 6 people in ahead of me, to then ask me for my passport (nobody else in 10 hotels in France that trip asked) to then ask me to pay for damage security. Once receptionist and this process is asking for trouble. We won’t be back
