The service was great. The bathroom drain was a bit slow, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately sent a professional to fix it.

The Breakfast Buffet was great. There were all kinds of healthy options, and the fruit was so fresh. The service was good. The buffet included individual orders from the menu, which was great!!

The hotel has a good location, close to the train station and convenient transportation. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, but the service attitude is extremely poor, seemingly due to skin color issues. The hostess led my wife and me to a corner table, where we sat for about half an hour without being attended to. We didn't even have drinks, while the tables next to us, which were served later, had already received theirs. After reminding the staff, they finally brought us tea, but the water was cold, not hot. We asked them to boil four eggs, but they brought us two. When we cracked them open, we found they were two raw eggs that hadn't been boiled at all. The rest of our sightseeing trip was ruined by that breakfast. I hope other travelers will not book this hotel again.

First of all, the breakfast was excellent and delicious, and the restaurant environment was also very nice. The rest was less than ideal. I booked three twin rooms, but when I arrived around 4 PM, I was told only two rooms were ready. Upon entering, I found they were double rooms, followed by an endless wait. After waiting for a long time, they said they couldn't arrange for twin rooms. After accepting the hotel's solution, I checked in. The room facilities were too old; the pillows, sheets, and duvet covers had many yellow and black spots; the shower drained very slowly; there was yellow stains in the toilet; the vanity mirror was broken; and the shower water was very cold on the first day. After complaining to Ctrip, I was told the hot water was out that day, and I hadn't been informed of this during check-in. Of course, the toiletries were good; they were L'Occitane.

I have received 3 charges on my credit card which is used for deposit even though the room is prepaid. I have contacted the hotel via email for a week and they still have not responded to me what those charges are for.

On the room, it’s old with soft bed and pillows.

The only good thing about this hotel is their breakfast served eggs that can be ordered based on your preference.
