Good hostel, nice staff, everything was good. Also air conditioning is a plus. Shame there is no kitchen, otherwise a pleasant stay. A little fat from the city centre tho.

Fantastic option: we were in a logistic trouble, and hotelF1 helped us to simplify the logistic with a very modest invest.

As a budget hotel it is a normal place for a short stay. But if you want a quiet place at night it is not the best choice

For me, I give 5 stars because it met and/or exceeded my expectations.
The room was exactly as described in the booking website and confirmation email.
The location suited me perfectly as I had a late night train arrival and early departure. The service on arrival was impeccable. There was a language barrier which was overcome with google translate and patience. He interacted well with my kids and they liked him
Lastly, I had low hopes for the breakfast but I was pleasantly surprised.
The greeting was friendly and the worker industrious in keeping the area clean and the juice replaced when empty. The croissants were fresh. The coffee wasn’t freshly ground, but from a machine. Still, there was no additional charge for coffee and nobody monitoring if you had more than 1. The kids could have a hit chocolate if they wanted.
In the same situation, my family would happily return.

It’s a bit removed from the city center and main tourist spots, but I actually prefer it that way. The area is quiet, uncrowded, and convenient for driving. It’s also not far from the river, so it’s a good location if you have a bike.

My room is simple but includes all the essentials. It’s well-designed, and the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable.
Service:
There’s a coffee machine available in the shared sitting/dining area, which is a nice touch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service.

My first time in France and I am so glad that hotelF1 Avignon hosted me! I missed a train from Spain and had to scramble a quick trip. €38 per night was a great deal since Avignon was not my original stop and I didn't know what to expect. The staff emailed me that they would accommodate my late check in. I walked on a Saturday night from the train station, only 15 minutes, and when I arrived I was grateful they spoke English. The walk was sketch by not bad. The gentleman welcomed me and explained the accommodations. My room was sufficient for my needs, clean bathrooms, my quilt was surprisingly insulated. Hot water in the room was great. Best feature was the strong WiFi which helped me get work done and plan the rest of my trip. I could hear commotion outside but it was generally quiet. I felt safe, welcomed and among good company.
