Great location, just outside the Old Town and right next to it! Excellent service, and the guy at the front desk was super handsome and had a cool, confident vibe! Located a little outside of the city, A wonderful time spent with a golden friends. Wonderful spa, hammam, the sensory shower, the sauna as well as the swimming pool and we enjoyed a divine Californian massage. The decor is nice, but the room was very small. It was difficult to fit suitcases in with very limited floor space.

We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.

The hotel chain is of a certain standard and has good facilities. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants nearby. The hotel's restaurant is average. Although it is in the suburbs, there is a train to the city center and it has a large parking lot.

Overall everything was great for our holidays in Provence and we decided to choose Mercure Hotel as our base for 4 nights. Maybe for the breakfast buffet they could able to manage more various kind of options each day, and for the restaurant menu as well we didn’t have option else for burger or salad. If you are traveling by car, parking is very inconvenient. It is next to the city gate and you have to drag your luggage all the way in. Next to it is the Pope's Palace. It is in the center of the old city and it is very convenient to visit the old city.

Great location next to Palais des Papes, perfect for exploring main sites in Avignon. Welcome from reception was very good. Rooms are ok, decor a little tired. No bar did not have breakfast so can't comment on quality. Main issue if you bring a hire car is finding a parking spot in the underground public car park (20% discount through hotel) as spaces are limited and rather narrow for modern vehicles...

The location of this hotel is very good. It is within walking distance to the main attractions of Avignon. There is a church next to it and many restaurants nearby. The overall accommodation is good. The view from the bed is very good. The only unhappy thing is that the middle-aged madame had a bad attitude when I left the hotel, which affected my mood early in the morning.

The stay wasn't very comfortable and was quite unpleasant...especially the stainless steel-topped toilet in the room. It's called a four-star hotel, but the facilities were rather shabby, there were mosquitoes, and the breakfast was mediocre. But the front desk lady was very nice!

It was a great surprise and became A**weng's biggest gain. The castle-like architecture and atrium have a medieval style inside. It's very good for taking photos and it's very affordable. The room is big and the breakfast is OK. Recommended

This hotel is conveniently located right on the road from the center of A**weng to the train station. It's very close to both the city center and the train station. The hotel is clean, and the staff are dedicated and responsible. There's a KFC and a snack shop right across the street, making it extremely convenient to buy food. There is a big Carrefour nearby, parking is free, gas is cheap, the hotel does not have an elevator, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic and helps to carry the luggage upstairs, there is also an outdoor swimming pool in the hotel, and the hotel parking is free, which is good. We booked two double rooms for two nights. They were located in the building on the first floor. The room was extremely small, so much so that it wasn't possible to walk around the bed. The hotel has secure space for your bicycles, and the breakfast had plenty of options. It was easy check in and there is a room with a tea kettle and selection of teas available off the lobby. Hello, Just a stopover on my vacation route. Very good value for money. Well-stocked breakfast. Closed parking, a big plus for me. The teams are welcoming and helped me get to the city center. There is a bus on the street, which is very convenient.

The loft is quite hot during July period as the air conditioning was unable to circulate the cold air to the loft. So that is a point to consider. Breakfast is included.
