The hotel is close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. About 15 mins walk from the Popes Palace. The hotel offers a good breakfast. Rooms are clean and modern but poorly sound-proofed. The staff are very helpful, including making telephone calls for me when I had an emergency.

Great warm and welcoming front desk staff. Rooms are average, clean and warmed up (no option for air conditioning despite of the unusually hot days). Breakfast is limited, unless you enjoy stale berries and hard rock kiwis 🥝 😀

The room was a bit small but very comfortable. Breakfast is always excellent at Ibis hotels. However the best thing is they said we could park our motorbike in their back secured patio.

Great location, adjacent to the fortified town. Service is great and the rooms are very clean.

The hotel is next to the ancient city wall and has free parking. However, the room is small and there is no electric water heater or refrigerator, which is very inconvenient.

The service is good, but the room is really small. The bathroom was even clogged, which is quite annoying... Because of this, the room even had a bad smell, but after all, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is perfectly located - close to the central station (10 min walking, easy walk even with bags), just outside the city walls. Rooms are small and bathroom is tiny, but exactly as seen on the photos. AC works well. Comfy beds and sockets next to the bed. They have 2 options for breakfast - you can choose between "small" breakfast and full one. Staff is welcoming and friendly, rooms are sparkling clean and cleaned every morning. It has quite big terrace (or yard) also as seen on the photos.

1. The hotel security is poor. The hotel staff entered the room twice without permission and notification to rummage through the items even though the room had a Do Not Disturb sign.
2. The hotel facilities are poor. The air conditioner does not work well, but the staff said that they cannot change rooms because there are no vacancies. They cannot check out and can do maintenance (but the maintenance staff may take three to five days to come).

The room is very clean and not too small.
The environment is very quiet.
The location is good, less than ten minutes walk from Avignon center train station, and there is a tram outside the hotel.
The staff is also very enthusiastic and introduced local attractions and restaurants.
You can see the ancient city wall outside the hotel.
