The lady who checked us in was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was the cheapest during our trip (12) but also the best! The lady went to a bakery so the bread was fresh and tasty - the yogurt she made herself and it was very nice.

I loved the room, it was really big, the bathroom also was a good size. Good facilities - there was a kettle and a fridge in the room. Bed so comfyStaff were friendly and location was perfect, 5 minutes walk into the town centre.

Lovely hotel in the center of Deauville. The room was super nice and functional. Main inconvenience : the staff, albeit nice, couldn’t speak English… A bit unfortunate.

A lovely family run hotel in the centre of Deauville. Has a private courtyard in which you can sit, eat and read during a restful lunchtime.
Laurent and his wife are so welcoming and helpful. So much so that Laurent drove us to Garage Hoche to help us arrange the transfer of our broken down car to a suitable garage.
The bottle of his personal cider at lunchtime helped to soothe our troubles.
Highly recommended staying here to enjoy Deauville's attractions

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were super helpful and so so warm and welcoming. Great location a short walk from train station, the boardwalk in Deauville, and the water sports in Trouville. Room was well equipped, bright and calm. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly we gotta say we were a young couple and a handicaped woman.

We called a few times in order to get an accessible room or at leasy something adapted. They said no prob there were only 6 stairs and the room was at the same level than the breakfast room.

When we got there. It was not on the same building so to get from one room to another or even to the restaurant we needed to do double stairs(12). The prob was also that the woman didnt explain it well. She was rude, w no manners and she pretended us to make us look as liars. Never seen this in my life... A recepcionist talking to my gf like this. She would not recognize her mistake at any point.

The rooms were clean and basic. Thing was that there a club/resto downstairs so sleeping quality wasnt good, it was impossible to sleep at least until 1.30.

For the breakfast when we got downstairs we were suggested to eat yoghurt and something else...bt in the tables close by they had cheese and everything else.
