The location is good, facing the harbor and very close to the church. However, the sea-view room they were given was on a low floor, which didn't meet their initial requirements. I wonder if this is related to the price on Ctrip.

The Hilton Garden Inn features classic decor, with rooms facing the ocean. When we arrived in the afternoon, the room was bathed in sunlight. We could watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. There was also a small balcony, and the service was good.

The hotel is not far from the train station, accessible by the AB tram. Located on the harbor, it's not far from the art gallery and cathedral. Some of the sea view rooms I booked were in a good location, but unfortunately, due to weather and tides, I couldn't see the sunset. The rooms are spacious, have balconies, separate wet and dry areas, and are clean and sanitary.

What a wonderful hotel. Beautiful clean rooms and a great staff of dedicated young people that take hospitality seriously. The restaurant within the hotel is first rate. Great food and staff. Kitchen is visible and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful dinner of salad, shredded vegetables, potatoes, and locally sourced beef rib. Outstanding and the St. Joseph blonde beer was as good as I’ve ever had. If you stay here you’ll be very happy!

A hotel with a beautiful view of the port. Close to the port and the center. A very good breakfast.

Stayed at Hilton in Le Havre, had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious and the staff were very hospitable. The lobby was minimalistic, clean, and felt safe and well looked after. Front desk staff were friendly, and room service was excellent. The only drawback was the breakfast, which lacked options for keto or low-carb diets—no sausages, greens, or tomatoes available. Otherwise, a great stay!
