Owners are nice people. Guest house has free wifi, ok rooms, and very pleasant garden with a kitchen and a bungalo for a very affordable price.

Friendly family run joint that is a short walk to the sea. I arrived with no booking and got a nice room with a sea view for 60 GEL including breakfast. If you’re not looking to imbibe in the Vegas like shenanigans of Batumi, this is the place to post up.. close to the Botanical Gardens and the chill beaches underneath it.

Place is nice. People are friendly.... Everything you need and nothing you don't. Been there 2 times coming back soon

Just the best airbnb. Sparklingly clean family guest house. Fantastic location : 1 minute to clean beach and beach bars, 3 minutes to supermarket, 10 minutes by frequent minivan or bus to downtown Batumi or to Batumi Botanic Gardens. We're very grateful to the owners of the house. They're the kindest and most hospitable people! We rented two rooms from them for six nights, and they were very welcoming the entire time, helping us out, even giving us a little food. The rooms are lovely – it's rare to find a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette in the room for such a small fee. We highly recommend them!

Real sincere Georgian hospitality. Very nice hosts. Quite good rooms with the atmosphere of a large home, the room has a kitchen with a stove. The hostess cooks very tasty. The portions are huge!

Very nice place. Compared to others, cozy, quiet. You will enjoy parquet and beautiful furniture in the living rooms. There is a toilet and shower for each room, it is a rarity for Makhinjauri. If you decide to come here, stay at Dato's, you will not regret.

A wonderful place to relax in Batumi, especially if swimming in the sea and leisurely time on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are your top priorities. The guesthouse is located a short distance from the center, but any tour bus or taxi can easily pick you up from here. There are several places to have lunch and dinner nearby, a couple of shops, and even a hairdresser. Pastries...

Wonderful place. The rooms are fully equipped for relaxation and living. Clean, comfortable kitchen. There is a washing machine and microwave. Extremely responsive hostess! If you need something, they will always listen to you and help. The area is green, the sea within walking distance, near the market and supermarket. Impressions are only positive!
