The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Great budget hotel. Located in the Makhinjauri district, 8 km from Batumi. The hotel has a swimming pool, a cozy street cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. You can play table tennis and basketball at the hotel. Across the road, 70 m, there is a good beach, clear sea. There is also a children's playground, a supermarket and a very good restaurant near the hotel.

Just stopped by and are already delighted! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the green area, the sea is nearby? The prices are soooo democratic! Sincerely!

Hospitable hotel, big rooms, clean bathrooms, in July 2017 there is some construction work next to the hotel, it can be noisy, but the overall impression- people try to do their job properly. Table tennis, free WiFi on each of four floors and in the garden and dining room, filling breakfasts( oats or buckwheat or pasta, eggs, butter, pastry, tea, coffee, cucumbers and tomatoes, carrots, sausages, cheese...

Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!

Perfect place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay + two swimming pools. The house is like a small fortress of the 17th century, bamboo grows around. The hosts are very hospitable, delicious homemade wine =) Thank you Alexander and your wife

Friendly staff, comfortable spacious room with everything you need (tea/coffee/bathroom amenities). Excellent view from panoramic windows. Delicious breakfast, plus the food in the restaurant (Georgian cuisine) is also of a good standard, prices are slightly above average, but this is expected. There is a small pool, also with an excellent view of the mountains, a sauna, table tennis and billiards...

A wonderful, small, private hotel located in a quiet suburb of the capital of Adjara, from the windows of which you can see the sea. The owners of the hotel - a married couple - hospitable people, very pleasant to talk to.

We only have coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Served very tasty desserts. The environment is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great house and location. Near the sea, clean beach, quiet and calm. Fresh air. Hospitable hostess. Nearby are many shops and cafes Farel, where every day they had a delicious lunch. To the city 10-15 minutes on a minibus. A place for those who appreciate peace and quiet.

This property was good and full of greenery and silent place . I found this place affordable and owner is also good they give all facilities like open kitchen and in front of rooms there is extra kitchen for making breakfast and all with microwave, toast maker and coffee maker and 7-8 min walking distance from bus stop and beach. They allow pets also which i like. Overall it was good experience

Great stay here at TJ hostel! We have a room with a small balcony, the hostel provides you laundry service, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 common terraces one of them with a grat view over Batumi!

Great Hostel. Clean rooms, a big terrace. Theo and Jack are excellent hosts. Vacation leave only positive emotions........... :) I recommend to all!!!!

Not a bad hotel, we stopped here for a couple of nights on a booking genius discount. There is a frame pool and a restaurant at the hotel with breakfast. Not all rooms have air conditioning. The shower in our room was leaking, but not critical. The bathrooms and rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, the mattresses are comfortable. The restaurant is not enthusiastic, but it is humanely priced.
