The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious casino in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra at the front desk.

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall. A great place for shoppers and people into the beach .

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

Mini fridge not working and hotel failed to repair after asking on 3 occasions. Brash customer service. Not what u expect from a 5 star establishment.

Overall its a good hotel in a good location. Cons from my POV: 1. We had to ask 5 times for sheets for the kids bed.( overall it took them 6 hours) 2. In the shower the water temp changes from hot to cold precisely every 10 seconds. 3. They moved us to a better room. At night the airconditioner started to knock loudly.i didnt even bother to complain

A very beautiful hotel, but, naturally, very expensive, mostly rich Turks live there.

At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor. The rooms are not that clean. When I checked in they told me breakfast was not included although I had added it on the booking. The fitness center and the spa was really amazing.

This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

The hotel is new, not small, and well-designed; it was one of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip to Georgia.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service was decent. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the beach, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony, and at night, you can even see the musical fountain. Overall, it's pretty good.

We had a very good experience at the Ibis Styles in Batumi. The building has a proper gym, which is very well equipped, and entry is free for hotel guests. On the first floor, there's free billiards and table tennis available. The rooms are quite okay.

A wonderful hotel overlooking the sea, close to the Corniche and the Boulevard, and surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. It has a restaurant, a gym, and a children's games section. The reception is beautiful, and I thank the employees Maria and Lana for their good treatment and elegant style.

Our experience in ibis style was very nice, the location of the hotel is close to the city center, in addition to the excellent reception. We thank Maryam at the reception for the wonderful help in everything, in communicating in Arabic, and the kind treatment. The only bad thing is that there is no room service.

touring Georgia as a group of 8 persons stayed at New Wave Batumi for two nights. Check in is smooth , staff at front desk quite polite and helping. Room is quite big giving impression of a suit. whole of third floor is a huge restaurant on one side and swimming pool on other side. bathroom is ok with required toiletries. Since moving out never tasted their food but breakfast that was impressive....

Nice clean hotel. The view is nothing major to talk about, from one corner room you can partially see the sea and from the other, you can see the sports stadium. The location is decent, you can walk down to the seafront. Old town is about 5-10 min by cab or walking about 30-40 mins (depending on where you want to go) Breakfast has a decent spread, and covers for vegetarians too. I was quite disappointed...
