A wonderful place to relax in Batumi, especially if swimming in the sea and leisurely time on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are your top priorities.
The guesthouse is located a short distance from the center, but any tour bus or taxi can easily pick you up from here.
There are several places to have lunch and dinner nearby, a couple of shops, and even a hairdresser. Pastries, fried chicken, and shawarma can also be found there.
The main advantage of this place is the truly hospitable and helpful hosts, who are always ready to help, offer advice, and create a cozy atmosphere.

Wonderful guest house and wonderful hosts - Ucha and Naira ❤️ Everything is clean, beautiful, cozy - everything is soulful 😍 Nearby there is the sea, shops, pharmacies, a bakery, a lot of greenery around 🫶 I definitely recommend this place to everyone, God willing we will come again, thank you very much for everything 🙏 Prosperity to you and grateful people 🥹

Wonderful place. The rooms are fully equipped for relaxation and living. Clean, comfortable kitchen. There is a washing machine and microwave.
Extremely responsive hostess! If you need something, they will always listen to you and help.
The area is green, the sea within walking distance, near the market and supermarket. Impressions are only positive!

I would like to write about everything, because it's worth it. Accommodation and amenities are on top, even the smallest details are taken into account for the comfort of guests😊
The rooms are cozy, bright, with comfortable beds and showers, all the accessories. Washer. Spacious kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and other necessary items. Own parking, locked.
7 minutes walk to the sea. Great beach.
A stone's throw away - shops, a pharmacy, minibuses (it takes about 15 minutes to get to Batumi).
The courtyard and upper verandas in flowers, tables under umbrellas, a fireplace, a hammock and the smell of the sea.
Very attentive and warm attitude towards guests.
They will tell and show you a lot of tasty and interesting things, bring excellent wine for you, and they will be glad to you in any composition.
