Great resort at a super nice lake. Landscape and the hotel facilities are clearly the highlight. The new gym with proper equipment was my personal highlight. A bit pricey but definitely nice especially with children. 

It's a gorgeous place, worth visiting Georgia for. We stayed full board, and the food was excellent. The grounds were beyond praise. We loved every minute. They gave us a wonderful chalet room and complimented us with desserts (it was our anniversary).

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. Service is first rate. Beautiful surroundings however... It is a struggle to get an answer (or any attention in all fairness - they do not seem to be understaffed just don’t pay any attention to guests 🤷🏻‍♀️) to any simple question.. honestly a real headache. I reckon , people with no dietary restrictions might find the customer service ok, however we struggled big time while trying to order food 😂

We stayed in a building, and as soon as we walked out we saw rows of pottery jars, each with a glass door facing a vineyard. There was an outdoor swimming pool, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel service was good, clean, and the environment was good. The surrounding area is a bit deserted, so it is not easy to find, so pay attention to the road signs.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long.

A nice resort hotel. Situated away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfasts are good. There's a great pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but not all have great views. For an additional fee, they offer wine tasting (35 lari) and a khachapuri-making masterclass (30 lari).

The best place in Kakheti. The place which you should visit. I am Georgian and they have the best food, best stuff, best location, they are simply best. I hope they will always remain their hotel on such a high level.

It is a very peaceful place, with a kind owner, comfy interior, clean apartment and delicious breakfast. 10/10 service. Good for a free parking lot also.

The only drawback is the distance from centre of town, but since this is a resort, it is acceptable. It has beautiful grounds, outside swimming pools (one of olympic size) and also has an indoor pool, gym, pathways in a green area with many trees, nice premises and a good restaurant. Great if you have a car or is in a group excursion. It is very quiet and relaxing. Recommended.

Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.
