Great resort at a super nice lake. Landscape and the hotel facilities are clearly the highlight. The new gym with proper equipment was my personal highlight. A bit pricey but definitely nice especially with children.

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. Service is first rate. I was there while visiting Georgia’s wineries, and it was well situated from that perspective too

Very nice hotel, the environment and facilities are very good, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and there is also a wine cellar tour course. The front desk also upgraded me to a third-floor view room for free. It's worth the price.

Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. But after the central air conditioning has been turned off for the season (!) The temperature in the room was 26c (almost 80f) and you had to choose between that or mosquitoes if you opened the door. I’ve staid in this hotel multiple times and always meets my expectations. It’s clean, nice and convenient. Location is excellent as it’s pretty much in the Tsinandali Park. The only drawback is the distance from centre of town, but since this is a resort, it is acceptable. It has beautiful grounds, outside swimming pools (one of olympic size) and also has an indoor pool, gym, pathways in a green area with many trees, nice premises and a good restaurant. I enjoyed everything about my stay – the service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were excellent. The only downside was the torn and worn-out sun loungers, which I hope will be repaired soon. And a special hello to the sweetest parrot – truly a delightful part of the stay!

I was there with my workmates. We booked a room with discount. To sum up it's a clean standard small hotel, with standard breakfast, great staff.. It's a good idea for weekend , because it's a short away from Tbilisi. I especially liked balcony, too big and stunning views. p.s. pool really needed better cleaning system.

I stayed one night at this hotel as part of an Intrepid tour of Caucasus, so the hotel was not chosen by me. That said, I wish we had had more than one night there - it's in a beautiful location, has a lovely pool / bar area, and I slept really well. This Telavi hotel offers a pleasant environment with great service. The restaurant serves delicious meals. However, there were cleanliness issues in both the room and the pool, which need improvement.
