Great resort at a super nice lake. Landscape and the hotel facilities are clearly the highlight. The new gym with proper equipment was my personal highlight. A bit pricey but definitely nice especially with children.

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. Service is first rate. I was there while visiting Georgia’s wineries, and it was well situated from that perspective too

Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. But after the central air conditioning has been turned off for the season (!) The temperature in the room was 26c (almost 80f) and you had to choose between that or mosquitoes if you opened the door. I’ve staid in this hotel multiple times and always meets my expectations. It’s clean, nice and convenient. Location is excellent as it’s pretty much in the Tsinandali Park. The only drawback is the distance from centre of town, but since this is a resort, it is acceptable. As you enter the estate you realize that your hotel is a big farm house surrounded by a vineyard. We visited during a quiet season, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. The massage was also quite good, and the indoor pool was lovely.
