Excellent location for family or couple. Comfortable rooms, amenities, bathroom. Great helpful staff (especially Receptionist Mariam). We even got the birthday surprise we didn’t expect they’d find out.

Nice resort spacious in good location for relaxing however services needs improvement

The place is heavenly and has something for everyone to do... Had a super duper time there.... For non vegetarians there is still a lot of options but we need more for Indian veg options. Staff is very friendly and caters to you with a smile always.. The place also has a water park with amazing rides and jacuzzi pools, has a sea nearby for an evening stroll. So all in all its a good relaxing place

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Left only positive memories? service??? Sea across the road, a 3-minute walk away. The breakfasts are excellent. The atmosphere is cozy. We had a great time! Recommend!

It is located in the center, opposite the parking lot. Not crowded. Good conditions and most importantly clean and not expensive. I recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is full of charm with very friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with a warm decoration. Restaurant is having a great location and a nice terrace on the river side. My room was nice and cozy with a wonderful view from the balcony and windows. Meals were excellent. Great outdoor swimming pool. I enjoy sauna, massage and gym room too. I truly recommend this hotel.

It's worth the entrance fee of 200 gel for 2 pax. The speedboat ride lasts about 2 hours, and on the drive, you get to see fringes of the natural forestation and wildlife. 2 stops along the way.

Kolkheti National Park is a beautiful, peaceful day out. The landscape is completely different to anywhere else in Georgia and does look like the Amazon. The boat ride across the lake is fun and is worth the fee – but you need to book in advance.

Nice Paliastomi lake and Pichori river with boat tour. Good experience and cost 300gel. Total whole tour around two hours time.

It's an amazing place, although there were people who brought big speakers and played terrible music, this kind of behavior should be regulated.

It is a beautiful place, there are no words. You can relax in a quiet and peaceful environment by the lake. You can also take a boat ride. On a motorized boat you'll see the beauty of the Paliastomi lake.

The hotel is by the river. You can fall asleep to the sound of running water at night. It is very comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very cute and has a very good attitude. The hotel has a dog, which is very cute. She stays at the door every day and often follows us for a long distance. But Hygiene is average.

Roads are being developed at a very high rate in Georgia. In time, the road to Mestia, under development, will be much easier to travel upon. Because of the road works, it took us a lot of time to arrive in Mestia which can be compared to Darjeeling in India. The Hotel is new and has potential to be improved. We had a very nice stay here. It is a new and comfortable, modern hotel. The food is really good so we ate here most nights. The view from our room over the river to the Mestia towers is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The design is nice and the room is quiet except for the sound of the river :) As it is a new hotel, there are some small improvements they can make: for a 4 star hotel...

A great option for accommodation in Mestia. A European-class hotel with a beautiful design and very attentive staff who surrounded us with care and kindness. Comfortable spacious rooms, good Wi-Fi, nice breakfast. The restaurant at the hotel is one of the best in Mestia, so we often chose it for lunch and dinner.

Visited the area with a group of friends and stayed at this hotel for two nights. First night we were meant to arrive before dinner but we’ve been delayed and arrived at midnight… and they still served us the dinner we booked… amazing!!!
