It's about a five-minute walk from downtown, but the surrounding area is quiet and offers beautiful scenery. The hotel hostess is also very friendly and helpful.

The host family is so warm and welcoming, it felt like home! The location isn't right in the heart of town, just a few minutes' walk away, but it's quiet and peaceful! The overall environment is lovely, with a courtyard, wooden houses, and even fruit trees! Highly recommended!

I stayed here for two nights and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Mestia. Very lovely family owned place with great view. The room is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious and the owner is very helpful as well. He helped us get a taxi to the airport.

Small hotel located in the center of Mestia. Big spacious fully equipped rooms. I was during mid season so I was provided with personal breakfast. There was only one problem for me: there is narrow drive to the hotel’s entrance. And for me it was a bit difficult to park my car. Great hotel is Mestia! Plus: Hotel was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was tasty and healthy, room was big, shower was roomy, staff was super nice and friendly. Only minus: shower head was quite cheap and flimsy and water pressure was a bit low, so the showers weren’t amazing. But this is an easy fix. Overall: Would come back!

Really a good choice. Beautiful hotel with kind hosts. Breakfast is good and generous in quantity. Rooms are comfortable and large. It has a terrace where you can drink or spend a relaxing time. They also offer water, coffee and teas. We can recommend it a lot.

The main reason we are leaving 4 stars (and not 2-3) is because of the host (name Auto or something like that). He is amazing and helpful. We stayed 2 nights. First night no wifi and poor breakfast. Second night barely any wifi and fantastic breakfast. There are several annoying things about the hotel. We would definitely stay again if we knew they had wifi.

Wonderful service and great location The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — truly outstanding service. Wonderful place with stunning views. The room is clear and very light, as well as it’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the best new hotel in Mestia. I had the suite with the veiw seen in the image. You can also see the snowy mountain on the right hand side. The place is heavenly and has something for everyone to do... Had a super duper time there.... For non vegetarians there is still a lot of options but we need more for Indian veg options. Location was in the middle of Mestia, easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was modern but smelled a bit musty but nothing terrible. Would stay again if coming to Mestia.

A good three-star hotel on the outskirts, importantly, a 5-minute walk from the center. Excellent views from the window—we stayed in a corner room with a window and balcony—with views of both the towers and the glaciers. Excellent ventilation without opening the front door. I didn't see any basic service staff after checking in, and I didn't see anyone when I checked out. The location is okay, there is a small courtyard, the room is not particularly large, and the facilities can only be said to be average. It's average, but the view from the window is good.

Overall it's good, the location is near the town center, if you drive by yourself, you can just park somewhere nearby where you don't block other people. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it's hard to sleep at night.

We had an amazing stay with Paata and his family. They welcomed to join them for their Christmas feast, and made sure we had a great time! The breakfast and dinners on all the other days were fantastic as well, we were served a great variety of local dishes. The kind of place that makes you want to come back, would definitely stay again!

Great place to go on sunny days. Definitely take a boat trip, it's 1h45m! They do two stops in different places, you may walk a bit there. Really nice experience and very friendly staff.

15 of us, we hired a boat, the captain was very friendly and chatty. The trip took about us 2hrs including a 30min break in the woods. I recommended taking a mosquito repellent and some snacks. Easy free parking, plenty of space, overall a very enjoyable trip and good value. Up to 7 people you can take a speedboat for a faster trip and more places to visit.

What an amazing experience. Our boat guide luka was incredibly skilled. We saw some amazing views, highly recommend getting the full package of both lakes and the river. Definitely call and reserve the boat beforehand. The guide recommended getting a sunset excursion if the weather is nicez sunset is amazing on the lake apparently. It's worth the entrance fee of 200 gel for 2 pax. The speedboat ride lasts about 2 hours, and on the drive, you get to see fringes of the natural forestation and wildlife. 2 stops along the way.

Zoia and her family are so kind and hospitable - we love staying here! Bedrooms are recently renovated to a good standard with very comfortable beds. The whole house is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is fantastic, homemade and sure to set you up well for a day of hiking around Svaneti. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely meal at the restaurant. The lady was very friendly and spoke good English. Another advantage for us was that you can pay with a credit card.

We didn’t have enough cash so we ended up eating here as it seems it’s only one accepting card around the area. Went here for a snack and breakfast the next day. Staff are lovely, near our hostel.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we stopped for lunch and ordered kubdari. It was probably the best we had on the whole trip. The bread was so crispy and the filling was delicious.

The hotel is quite fine cimpared to the average hotels in Georgia. The only problem is that the stuff starts the cleaning of the dining room at 11.00 PM - and they are very very noisy. Same in the morning around 6.30. In the EU I would give a 2-3 star rating only, but here the nivo is very low.
