Kesane as a restaurant is a true gem. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is great, especially "Old rabati" dish. What made the evening truly special was the owner’s outstanding generosity. After a wonderful meal, Zurab treated us to complimentary house-made plum chacha! His kindness, combined with the amazing food made "our day"! Highly recommend!

What's more, we were really surprised with the present from the host: when we realised we are the last at the restaurant, he played the guitar and sang several songs himself for us. A very good place especially for the New year holiday!

This is the best Georgian food I have ever had! The food is fresh, big portion, not too salty, and rich in flavor. The hosts are super kind to us. We ate there everyday during our trip to Akhaltsikhe.

The owners were so kind and provided us not only with hot and delicious vegan food but also with a place to hangout for a while, leave our bags while we visit the castle etc. We opted for pretty much all the vegan items on the menu (not declared but still easy to find), the bean pot and the mashed potatoes were a tad bit too salty for my taste but still delish. The veggie plate was very tasty as well as the mushroom (w/o cheese) and I also liked the Mexican potatoes! Recommend coming here as you’ll be well taken care of. Very reasonable prices too!

Fantastic owners and atmosphere. We stayed three just for one night. Room was clean, maybe standard isn't high but for us was enough. Food was delicious and portions where realny huge. We spent there fantastic evening with other guests and owner who played on guitar and sang not only georgian songs. I will reccomend it for all people who want to see what does it mean georgian hospitality.

Xato is a caring lady. They have relatives diagonally across the road at Old Rabati, also lovely people. Mary is a sweet person too. (Just a quick mention, next door Minimo, Armenian courtyard restaurant, Angelika & her brother, lovely friendly people too). Xota's son Gabriel is an exceptionally talented acoustic guitarist (his dad Zura can also strum, another nice dude). We had a kicking couple of nights with Gabriel playing, a Chicago guy duetting with me. So much fun & joy. Great times of Georgian hospitality

Very cozy place with a great owner and his family! If you want to feel the real friendliness of Georgia, come here. Be open with your heart and Georgian people will show you the spirit of this country. Feel free to be in connection with them!

Nice hotel with a really good kitchen for its price.

We stayed here three days and enjoyed ourselves fully. Great food and pleasant company with the owners. Great spot in town just under Rabati Castle.

Like dining with the family: exceptionally tasty food, homemade and fresh. Ask the waitress's boyfriend for his Kachetian wine, he brings it from home until it's empty. Just great!

Probably one other best café in Rabati area. All food is delicious but the best one is "Ostri". The owner of café has her own secret recipe. I tried "Ostri" in many places but her one is the most delicious.

We visited the restaurant and were met with a very friendly service, which offered us some drinks on the house and the atmosphere was rather authentic and homy. Food was excellent as well and for a good price!
